A thread for those of us wanting to tone up a bit after the weight loss!
I've downloaded the 30 day an challenge app mentioned on the BC thread. Also going to do push ups as I was getting better at these until I gave up my martial arts lessons. One day I will do a full one, still only able to go halfway down...

I ran non-stop for 10 mins this morning, walked for 30 seconds, then ran for another 10 minutes. GrinGrinGrin. This is HUGE for me. Ran outside, in daylight, by myself end didn't give a shiny shit about who saw me. 18 months ago I had just graduated from a walking frame to two sticks. I never in the million years thought that I'd be able to run again. And frankly, even with the surgery, I round never have done it without the weight loss.

He's very gentle, he's got his own Facebook page as I always have so many people who have met him asking what he's up to Grin

Well done cherries. That’s fab!

I had the morning off so I did day 9 of 30 day shred, day 2 of abs and thigh and I also managed to drag myself out for a run which is somewhat amazing considering how much I try to dodge it normally. I managed 4K in 30 minutes which is slow for normal people but not bad for me!

Forgot to stretch when I came home though so I’m going to be in a world of pain tomorrow!

Beginners 1 (easing into it) of Abs, Arms, and Butt.

Day 3 (level 2) was hard! Abs still sore from yesterday. I'm so pleased to hear we get a rest day, I was actually too scared to check tomorrow after such a leap up in reps today. Makes sense though, my abs definitely need a rest. Also means I don't have to do it at 8pm when I get home from work tomorrow!

I am only doing the abs one. Plus ten of my pathetic attempt at pushups.
Next month may be bum and thighs month lol.

I've done level 1 abs, arms & butt, 25 sit ups was tough, dread to think how many we'll have to do on day 30! Shock

Half of day 6 done here. Managed a plank and 15 leg raises but it hurt so much I decided to leave the sit ups and crunches till the evening.

I have a confession to make....after my very smug "oh I think level 1 is too easy" I discovered that I was wrong and can't do level 2 so have been doing level 1.

Going to have my rest day tomorrow as I have work and then pilates in the evening, so today I did day 5.

I'm also very glad that I stuck with level 1!

I’m so happy too that I’m only doing beginners 1. I skipped my test day, in an effort to finish this in November. So day 5 done.
