Are nut butters allowed on Bootcamp? (non sugar, of course)

oldlaundbooth nut butter is allowed after the initial 2 weeks of BC but as with nuts you need to take care with how much you eat as they can quickly become carby. Also, as you've said, they need to be just nuts and nothing else!

Hi all. I'm coming up 3 weeks post partum. Can I do this while breastfeeding DD? I think my supply is quite well established despite being early days.
If so sign me up. I am still recovering from SPD and I think dropping a few kg will help with my recovery from that. Have to say I'm nervous about cutting out carbs as in the newborn sleep deprivation stage it's all too easy to reach for a biscuit as a quick pick me up!

kiwikaterpillar - don't do the first two strict weeks of Bootcamp but stick to Bootcamp Light instead. And make sure you have plenty of low carb snacks to hand for those moments! Cubes of cheese, olives, nuts will all make really good snacks for you.

Alligator pie - it's going to be harder for you if you're in someone else's house, especially if you can't control what you're cooking/eating - if you're staying with someone, as opposed to just being in their house, it would be a really good idea to share with them what you're trying to do, so that you can work your way around foods/meals available.
