Me please! Have started light today. Lurked on the last one. Have low carbed and lost a few stone over the past 3 years. Just getting through a disruptive house move where I gave up but have been looking forward to this camp. Good luck everyone. It does work! Let's ditch the crap and eat well. Can I join too please? I'm a brazen lurker but I am bridesmaid to my best friend in July so I need Bootcamp! Have lost 20lbs low carbing over the last few months but I've stalled a bit. I'm 5,4 and 175- I would like to lose another 20lbs.

Thank you BIWI for the clarification. I have been using the FB groups as guidance, but I think I will stick to the Bootcamp rules instead. You get villified for suggesting that swede is ok to eat!

I'm new to low carb and have had success in the past with 5:2. I'm unable to exercise due to an injury at the minute and feel more than a little squishy.
So I'm in, I can't afford new summer clothes - one stone up from last year Shock

I figure it won't hurt to reduce in the next couple of weeks carbs/sugar, and up the water?

I'm in. Been lchf for the last fortnight, lost anywhere between 5 and 8 kg depending on whether i believe last nights scales on this mornings.
I may be bc light by 16th depending on how things are going. Would that be ok?
