Started following your thread....you're doing great! Following for inspiration, been doing lchf for 5 weeks now. Scales haven't moved but can see a difference in my clothes and in the mirror. DH works away from home, due back in 10 days after 3 weeks away so will see if he notices any change. Feeling great though....sleeping better, finding it easier to get up in the morning and my skin is so soft and much clearer!
Keep it up beyond!

Thanks :) It took a while for my weight to start dropping too, duck. Theres a load of sciencey stuff on the web about water replacing fat, might be worth a read?

Breakfast - ff greek yoghurt and berries, green tea with mint
Lunch - bacon and tomatoes (urgh at tomatoes,but at my mums) coffee with milk (urgh again)

Good job beyond. Great to see your plans! Today I've done:
B: bacon and eggs
L: chorizo, hallumi and avocado salad with Greek yogurt for pudding
D: slow cooked lamb with buttered leeks, broccoli and kale

Today went less well. Lunch was avocado and a hot cross bun (felt really ill and it was all i fancied, had the avocado with it to try to 'healthy' it up a bit), and was promptly thrown up. Hmm
