Well done Betty - trying to move things in the right direction seems to take so long, doesn't it.

I have flu and it makes this single parenting crap so bloody hard. My lovely BF took DD to nursery this am for me but mostly I am a bit isolated really.

Really struggling with situation with DD and ex, might start a seperate thread as here is a place about good men and nowadays I definitely have one of those. Off to bed in a few mins with dd. I feel so so so ill. This is the most I have typed or even been upright for all day.

i have flu too according to my gp, i dont feel great atm as you can imagine

i feel sad about it but i dont regret it and i do understand how he must be feeling

and tbh if we are going to stop seeing each other, i think its a good enough reason to be wanting to give his marriage another go

i dont know what he will decide to do but i am not going give him extra pressure , so removing myself is the right thing to do

Lou and mousie sorry to hear you are ill. Flu is terrible. Had a bad dose last Christmas.

And sorry about LB as you say though best to let him go and make his own mind up.

'If you love someone set them free' - not saying you are in love with him but you understand the sentiment.

asbm - i am struggling too. for some reason i want to call them all paul aswell.... NONE of them are called paul.. no idea what thats about.

but i'm not sleeping with them all. just with irish.. need to change that though.. there's definate feelings developing there ... i'm quite tempted by the knight for a swap for a bit, and remain strictly friends if i do.

will see what happens over xmas. this is where it might get messy trying to organise it. i can see me taking the huff and staying in refusing to see anybody. lol.

there's still 3 weeks for it to go the way it should and i fall out with all of them and spend it on my own.... it would be wrong to break the tradition of spending xmas night on my own that i've had since i was 18yo!!!

i'm around and am v v tired at the mo. things are going ok with gymboy so far, fell asleep with him last night- not a good move really, but not to worry, he's already talking about the pressies he's got me for xmas not impressed as the git won't give me ANY clues at all - says he can't and won't no matter how much he wants too not happy lol. (am a big child really)

lou - sorry to hear about LB.

anyhow off out tonight so will catch up properly after/tomorrow and do a proper reply then.

he called me today to se if i was ok and offered to come take care of the kids while i was ill

that guy i was seeing who went to india could go in too for looks alone

and lb would qualify imo
