Ninjacat · 10/04/2009 12:46

I'm 8 weeks pg and should all go ok will be due in November. Just wondered if there are any more mums to be out there? This is number 2 for me but with a twelve year gap so all feels a bit new.

Hey girls - hope them babbers are on their way out. Best of British to you both x
I'm settling into things a lot more now and the tears have (mostly) stopped. I've signed up to a baby massage course starting in Jan which should be good.
Hope to hear good news from you both soon x
Ninja - had some fat chips at the Oak today- yum! There was a right crowd of us - looking forward to you joining us in a few weeks with your little fella.

Emmmm · 23/11/2009 21:02

mahalo, can you let me know who is doing your course? (and their contact details) it's just that i teach baby massage and have been doing tasters at hampton house and need someone to replace me . . I'm sure you'll really enjoy the course and the habit. DD loves it and knows the cues now, gets all excited, but likes the rhymes associated best of all! Lots to look forward to.

Hi ladies

Sorry to have been a stranger - been busy analysing every twinge like ninja, and then busy pushing out baby William John on Monday afternoon - although it didn't take too long, just 2.5 hours from first decent contraction.

will fill you in with the details later, but he is a beauty, born at 13.37 on Mon 23rd, weighing 8lb 6oz.

Hope you have had your little fella too ninja, and seren is thriving mahalo.

Big hugs
xx

Wonderful that all went so well for you Angels - what a relief for you. Like your bump pic Ninja - looking good!
It's a lady called Louise at Bristol City Yoga that is running the baby massage course that I will be going to Emmm. We also have a session of baby massage at the post natal group next week.
Hopefully I'll get signed off by the docs next Fri so I can drive again and do some sports. I'll be coming to the post natal yoga Emmm and I'm also going to do some gentle (ish) training at the gym. I'm very impatient to fit into my clothes again and lose the final stone of weight that is wobbling around my thighs and tummy. I think I'll have to cut back on the wine and beer and blue cheese that I've been guzzling over the last four weeks since Seren was born!
She's fighting fit and very farty...She's put on one and half pounds which is great. oooh she's such a lovely little thing x

Ninjacat · 01/12/2009 12:05

I'm still pregnant

You must have such a cosy womb Ninja - who would want to come out of there in this rainy weather? Could I come in too?
Had baby massage session at post natal group and Seren loved it - so relaxed and had a big poo straight afterwards - must have been all the tummy rubbing that did it!

Emmmm · 01/12/2009 22:46

Okay so it's dec 8th - yr very patient - can't wait to hear. . and congrats to you Angel. Will hopefully see you tomorrow mahalo at the yoga. impressed you've been to the gym already!! I'll look Louise up and see if she wants to take over my tasters at HH so thanks for the tip and glad Seren liked it!

Sorry Mahalo no room at the womb.

Booked in for induction on Sunday. That will be me being 14 days over and hospital are not too happy as they want to induce me on Friday but as I can't even have a sweep because cervix is unripe I really want to leave it as long as possible.

Apparently it can take up to two days to get me into labour so not looking forward to that.

Hope you are all well x

Got to wait till my 6 week check before I can embark on the yoga but soon soon soon - can't wait.
ooh Ninja poor old you but at least by this time next week you'll have a babber in your arms.
Let's go for a large cocktail soon.

Emmmm · 11/12/2009 11:13

Fantastic news!! Love the name - glad you're home, just worked out what emcs stands for - so good you got home quick. How has DS1 taken to his little bro? When do we get to see you both?

LOL x

Ninjacat · 14/12/2009 18:12

On day 10. Not quite returned to human yet. Have had very nasty mastitis and now the big boy is home sick from school.

Hope to be out in the real world after christmas.

It tipped down for days when my DD was born and saw no reason to get out! So can relate to that, and will look forward to seeing you in 2010 - but for selfish reasons, would be lovely to see you all on Friday at the museum. (see Riven's thread). off to post natal and baby yoga now - recommend it when your baby a bit bigger (though Bratnav told me his size, WOW! and i guess he's big enough!!!). Mastitis no fun, hope there's plenty of TLC around for you. xxxx

Ninjacat · 24/12/2009 16:07

Merry Christmas ladies x
