I just need a chat, and was wondering if anyone was around at this time? I am having a low day thanks to a really difficult session with my shrink for PTSD.

hee hee botheration! It's not like I didn't expect it to some degree, and that helped. Psych session was an easy one, just going through what happened and looking at the positive side of going through mediation.

If nothing else, it felt good to say what I needed and to stand up to them. In the last year I have been in pain and so fragile, and never said what I thought - which is really not me at all. I felt a bit like my old self yesterday. Some might question if that's a good thing
