Thinking of you Pamela, and sending you love and luck for your trip to London. I’m so sorry you are going through this - I really hope that the hospital is a reassuring place to be and that your treatment gets off to a good start. 💐

elderflowerandpomelo · 05/07/2023 22:55

courage! You will need even more of it, but you’ve shown so much already. So wonderful to be in the right place and so horrifying that the hosp near home was so wrong.

VioletVesper · 05/07/2023 22:55

So happy to read your latest update. Well done for getting yourself there, you’ve done so well and I think you’re amazing. Thinking of you and sending love🩷

Rainbow1901 · 05/07/2023 22:55

So pleased that they are cracking on with stuff straight off the bat!! Have a good night x

Psalmbodytolove · 05/07/2023 22:56

We’re all rooting for you Pamela! Sending all my prayers for the stent tomorrow!

Poppercorn · 05/07/2023 22:56

Well done for using all that strength to get you to London.

Keep thinking back to the offers of donations -the planes and Harley St doctors must be costing quite a bit. You have an army of people wanting to help but of course we understand if you're not comfortable with it. I hope you feel you can still ask for this help though, if needed.

Wishing you a comfortable night xx

idontknowwhattosay23 · 05/07/2023 22:59

Your update has filled me with so much hope, I'm tearful with the pure relief that you're finally getting the care you deserve.

So pleased to hear that you’ve arrived safely and are tucked up in bed at the new hospital.

That’s wonderful news. To be finally treated as a human being in need. You and your family have been formidable through this although you probably don’t always feel like it. All the very best of luck with your stent. Love Caroline

Rockschooldropout · 05/07/2023 23:07

I'm blown away by your grace and determination which shine through the last two threads. You are an incredible role model for your family. Hope you get a restful night's sleep and wake up feeling ready for tomorrow.

Lindawater · 05/07/2023 23:08

This is so heartening Pamela - well done for getting there and I hope when you wake from your successful stent you feel the outpouring of love on here. Mumsnet at its best, what a community.

waterlego · 05/07/2023 23:09

I’m so relieved I could cry. I’m sure you’re still in a lot of pain and discomfort and have been poked and prodded after you’ve already had a very long and tiring day. But I’m just so happy they are throwing everything at this to give you the best chance. All the best for tomorrow’s procedure. We’re all cheering you on. X

Cj19877 · 05/07/2023 23:09
