Hi all,

Thought I’d start this thread early so we can all get to know each other 👋

My story so far -

• Been TTC since Sep 2022
• Very low AMH/AFC and MFI
• 38 (me), 40 (OH)
• This will be our 4th egg collection since November 2024

1st EC - no fertilisation
2nd EC - no fertilisation
3rd EC - 3 embryos ❤️❤️❤️

• 1st transfer fresh - BFP(!) but sadly miscarried at 7+2. Two days after we saw our miracles heart beat.
• 2nd transfer FET - cancelled. Lining too thing.
• 3rd transfer FET - BFN
• 4th transfer FET - BFN

What a journey! But I can’t give up, just yet. Our plan is to mimic the EC 3 and then PGTA test any embryos we are fortunate to get.

Currently on 28 days of growth hormone injections, DHEA and OVUM

@CMGC its never actually been mentioned to us, but no I don’t think we are going to as we may be doing a day 3 transfer

40 eggs collected. Back on injections for a week for blood thinning. And also other medication to keep OHSS at bay!

embryoligist decided we’re going for a day 5 transfer as they wanted to watch them for the extra couple days so transfer is scheduled for Saturday morning, we still have all 7 embryos, 6 doing great, 1 not quite where the other 6 are but not out of the running just yet

That sounds great!! Nice number there! Hopefully transfer is quick and painless! Great that you are moving along !!

feeling grand heaviness in the belly but that’s about it!

I hope everyone is keeping well, just wanted to give you all an update, tested today 12 days post transfer and it was positive! Literally cried my eyes out, i feel like anxiety has already set in, but im going to try stay relaxed and just enjoy the moment

Omg I’m so happy for you! !!! I’m back to normality for a bit until my pgta results come back, just awaiting transfer end of May start of June so hopefully I’ll be as lucky as you🙏

Out of my 4 embryos, 2 were euploid so waiting for transfer now

Fantastic news, huge congratulations!

We ended up with 6 embryos but hormone levels were too high so waiting for a transfer in a month or two.

Sadly no genetically normal embryos for us, so we're prepping for the next round of egg collection now.

Things took a turn for the worst last night, really heavy bleeding, clinic wants me to wait til it stops and retest to confirm what I’m pretty sure we already know 😔

I’m getting there, been up and down all week but we’re moving house so I’ve been trying to keep myself busy with that where I’ve felt up to it.. still a bit uncomfortable on and off but bleeding has pretty much stopped now thankfully and retested as they asked which was negative as expected so now we wait to see the consultant.. hopefully won’t have to wait too long 😔 hope everyone else is keeping well x
