February FET 2026

Thought I’d set up a chat for anyone due to have a FET in February 2026 😊

We’re doing ICSI due to severe MFI. We are doing our third transfer next month after a failed fresh and chemical from a FET. This is also our last embryo before having to start allllll over again 🫠 my period arrived later this afternoon so tomorrow is my CD1 then full steam ahead. This time I’m doing a modified natural (adding in a trigger), adding in clexane and the same as last time having Lubion and Cyclogest.

Is anyone else on a similar timeline? We could trauma bond over the turmoil we’re about to put ourselves through 😂

Hi ladies I've missed loads I can see, further congratulations!

The pregnancy I somehow fell naturally with before starting FET drugs has turned out to be ectopic. This is my third consecutive ectopic loss, following one failed fresh transfer. So things feel rough at the moment.

The good news is it appears to be self resolving, so all being well I should be able to do my FET on my next cycle.

I had the worst cramps last night at 2am felt like my period and I am so emotional and irritable today so I fear AF is coming despite being on progesterone. I am going to test this evening or with FMU tomorrow. I am 8dp transfer today feeling super deflated and all my positivity has gone!

Firstly, I wish you all the best with your cycles.

My FET is Friday. My lining day 9 of progynova was 11.7 so we decided to start my progesterone. I am on cyclogest x3 a day and Lubion injection alternating days. I am taking 1-1-2 progynova and had my first intralipid IV yesterday with the second due Friday. I was given steroids but decided not to take them as I currently have a viral infection that I didn’t want to make worse by suppressing my immune system.

I am transferring an early blast (grade 2-3) from when I was 32 (37 currently). I have two embryos frozen from when I was 36.

Fingers crossed 🤞

I have also had 2 ectopics. I’m so sorry. It’s devastating.

I got home from work today after having the most awful cramps and mood swings and decided to test as I felt so much like I was going to come on my AF.

But I have got my BFP 💗💗 clear as anything n and within a minute. So overjoyed and feeling extremely blessed and humble right now

Fantastic news @Vil ! Congratulations!! When I read your last post, I was all set to wb and say that I felt thr exact same before testing.. in a foul mood and cramping. But didn't want to get your hopes up if it didn't turn out the same. Delighted for you!

Thank you @ali2021 I felt awful overnight and today, after being completely fine the 2 days before so I really put that down to AF with it being such a big change exactly on cue.

So amazing to see a lovely clear line after chemicals and failed transfers before. I am not getting ahead of myself though know there’s a way to go xx

Tested this morning at 6dp5dt and a BFN. I got a positive with my first at 4dp5dt so I’m not sure if this is working. 😔

I know I shouldn’t lose hope until 10 days which is official test day but I didn’t do acupuncture this time when I did last time so maybe that’s why.

Also a BFN for me too. Today was OTD (10dpt) but I’d already tested yesterday with the same result as well. No embryos left so have follow up with our consultant next week to discuss next steps.

Can anyone share your progesterone level day of FET (if specific to you) please. Mine was 45.7nmol/L. My clinic thinks this is low and have placed me on a rescue protocol. I’m now really anxious.

Sorry my clinic didn’t test progesterone at all before FET
