February FET 2026

YourLilacLibra · 16/01/2026 20:14

Thought I’d set up a chat for anyone due to have a FET in February 2026 😊

We’re doing ICSI due to severe MFI. We are doing our third transfer next month after a failed fresh and chemical from a FET. This is also our last embryo before having to start allllll over again 🫠 my period arrived later this afternoon so tomorrow is my CD1 then full steam ahead. This time I’m doing a modified natural (adding in a trigger), adding in clexane and the same as last time having Lubion and Cyclogest.

Is anyone else on a similar timeline? We could trauma bond over the turmoil we’re about to put ourselves through 😂

Hi all,

Lining isn’t there yet, so another scan Monday and go from there.

I don’t want to upset anyone but please guard your hearts. I know that sounds cruel but from experience I obsessed over my Beta results; even ordered online ones and everything was looking great. My clinic don’t book you for the 7 week scan until you’re over a certain amount which I sailed through. Lost the baby at 7 weeks, 2 days after I saw them.

Try and enjoy being pregnant and don’t focus on numbers etc. What will be, unfortunately in some cases, will be.

Sending you all the sticky dust 👶 ⭐

Hi everyone, I did a test this morning at 12dp5dt and was absolutely amazed that it was positive..!
After two failed transfers of euploid embryos and a miscarriage.. I am in utter shock and disbelief. I was having such period-like symptoms (lower back cramps particularly) that I had written it off. Also had no fatigue (but that may be disguised by my steroids). Can't believe it.

ItsAJourney · 14/02/2026 06:42

Congratulations, @ali2021!! So pleased for you! I can just imagine how in disbelief, relieved and excited you felt all at the same time when seeing the test!

ali2021 · 14/02/2026 06:48

@ItsAJourney thank you...but honestly, the overriding emotion is fear..! We've been heartbroken so many times that I'm very nervous. But trying to take the wins while I can..! It's a euploid embryo and it seems to have implanted successfully 🤞

Yes definitely take the small wins, the fear does take over but remember its the right direction and one step closer! ❤️

@21RsMama @Klmno you're totally right that the forums only post extremes. You have a good line and that’s what matters, try and enjoy it whilst you can. I have had chemicals in the past and the line was barely there if that helps was in now way a solid or good line.

@ItsAJourney yes I think I will test tomorrow or Sunday, I don’t want to do it when my partner goes to work the next day and he only works from home on Wednesdays so would otherwise be then and I know I won’t make it that long 😂😂. I have a daughter and having her with me if it’s negative will really help as I still feel so lucky to have her as well, and she’s at nursey in the week

I’ve had cramps starting last night otherwise feeling normal ? Hope you’re feeling ok ?

xxxx

We had a natural pregnancy eons ago in my before happiness. Went for scan - got dates wrong but say baby at around 7 weeks. At 11 weeks found out it was a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks. It’s tough and true.

However 75% of pregnancies end up in live births so have courage & be hopeful as you can.

frenchgal · 14/02/2026 10:18

for testing - my clinic only does a beta on day 12? What’s the earliest FRER would you say (I am having an hCG infusion with transfer today, and I had a trigger so I guess the first week may pick up what’s left in my bloodstream)? Previously I did betas much earlier at day 10 and 11.

@ali2021 Oh, I totally get that fear, but I’m glad you’re keeping your fingers crossed as you’ve already ticked another big milestone off the list.

ItsAJourney · 14/02/2026 11:07

@Vil Makes complete sense and good to do it when your husband and daughter is around as a good support and distraction. Keeping my fingers crossed the cramps are a good sign and you get to see a line tomorrow! I’m doing okay, I’ve been really busy at work so that’s been a good distraction. Weekend will likely drag as I haven’t got anything planned.

Vil · 14/02/2026 14:24

@ItsAJourney thank you! I hope you find some distraction!!

@ali2021 cautious congratulations ❤️

GamerGirl09 · 11/02/2026 22:17

@frenchgal @TerrazzoChips don’t worry the FET is okay! You’ll be in and out in 10/15 mins ♥️ Hope all goes well x

Thank you! Apart from being almost an hour late so I was absolutely desperate for the loo it was fine. A day 5 4BB was transferred and fingers crossed he or she makes it …

BluePurpleRedGreen · 15/02/2026 07:22

It took a few weeks of oestrogen priming, but my transfer is now tomorrow!

The progesterone really takes it out of me. Anyone else? I’m good till about 3pm and then I’m a bit foggy and I’m already going to bed silly early.

Thinking I will test after day 9.

Vil · 15/02/2026 10:57

it is taking EVERY effort I have to not test today (6dp5dt) I got a clear line at 7dp with my daughter (although that was 2 embryos at the time) so I’m sooooooo tempted

i’m going out for lunch with my mum and dad, which will help with the distraction but I’m very concerned for myself tomorrow LOL. I’m just working at home on my own and I have tests in the bathroom. But I know it’s such a bad time to do it on my own in case it’s negative.

I’m in the office Tuesday so I can’t even do it then either so it looks like it’s going to have to be Wednesday when both me and my husband are working from home. If I can get there…

I’m so 50-50, I’ve had some cramping and feeling exhausted but I’m a tragic symptom spotter, and know this could be the medication.

I don’t know what the point of this post was other than to let that out 🫠🫠🫠🫠🫠

happy Sunday

BluePurpleRedGreen · 15/02/2026 11:46

good work getting to day 6!
I was tempted to add tests to my online shop a few days ago and it took some self control not to.

ItsAJourney · 15/02/2026 20:12

OMG, well done for resisting, @Vil! I haven’t felt the urge to test yet, I think because I’m too scared about seeing a negative result. I’m also symptom spotting, not that there’s much to spot. Like you, I’m feeling tired and I was also feeling nauseous earlier this evening. I had a big pub lunch five hours before so was trying to work out if I was still feeling sick from that or if too much time had passed.

Vil · 15/02/2026 20:22

@ItsAJourney thank my husband really wants to wait to 8 or 9 dpt so it’s more certain? What day are you going for?

it’s so hard not to look for symptoms how on earth are you meant to focus on anything else !

good on the pub lunch hope it was a good distraction minus the nausea!

ItsAJourney · 15/02/2026 21:52

@Vil My OTD is 10dpt (Friday) but I’m going to test on 9dpt (Thursday), just because it’s close enough but also means I don’t have to immediately go into the office acting normal if it’s not the result I want.

Pub was a good distraction but glad it’s work again tomorrow as that’s the best way to keep busy!

Dinkydonut1 · 15/02/2026 22:23

Hey! Just hopping on this thread as I am having my frozen transfer on Thursday 19/02. This is our first transfer, and I am so super nervous!!!

ali2021 · 16/02/2026 06:59

Best of luck, @ItsAJourney and @Vil on your results later this week. Well done on holding out - so hard!! I also had very little symptoms, just plenty of lower back pain which is a strong PMS symptom for me, so I had assumed I was out.
Good luck eith your transfer @Dinkydonut1 !

Vil · 16/02/2026 08:34

Thanks Ali !!

I had moderate cramps 4 and 5 dpt, and felt rundown and exhausted on 5dpt, I now feel absolutely fine, it’s following the pattern for when I had my daughter but I am an absolute expert at convincing myself so let’s see I know these can be progesterone effects. Today will be the hardest day to hold off as I’m just at home 🫠🫠🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

PlanBFertility26 · 16/02/2026 10:01

Just had another scan. Trilaminar appearence and lining 7.3mm at thickest. Waiting for blood results but may be triggering tonight or tomorrow ready for transfer next week. Eeeeeekkkk. Come on little embaby

ItsAJourney · 16/02/2026 11:32

Thanks @ali2021! I know what you mean about the period symptoms being the same. And when you throw in the medication side effects too, it’s so difficult to call it!

@Vil, one thing that helps me resist is knowing that if I were to test too many days early, then it would really need to be the first urine of the day to have a chance of showing, so as soon as that’s gone, my mindset is that I now have no choice but to at least wait until tomorrow morning.

Vil · 16/02/2026 11:34

@ItsAJourney thats a great plan

@PlanBFertility26 exciting fingers crossed for blood test so you can move onto next step
