February FET 2026

Thought I’d set up a chat for anyone due to have a FET in February 2026 😊

We’re doing ICSI due to severe MFI. We are doing our third transfer next month after a failed fresh and chemical from a FET. This is also our last embryo before having to start allllll over again 🫠 my period arrived later this afternoon so tomorrow is my CD1 then full steam ahead. This time I’m doing a modified natural (adding in a trigger), adding in clexane and the same as last time having Lubion and Cyclogest.

Is anyone else on a similar timeline? We could trauma bond over the turmoil we’re about to put ourselves through 😂

@21RsMama thank you still super nervous I’m going to miscarry again. Yeah mine is just 1 beta then a scan at 7 weeks but the private place I got my beta said they do tests for loads of people using clinics abroad and they usually ask for 2 betas to check progression, also can have a scan about 6 weeks to check placement / sac etc so I think I might do all that if we get that far just purely because I’m anxious of last time repeating! I wish we could all just experience (relatively) carefree natural pregnancies like other people 😔 but hey ho this is the hand we’ve been dealt and we’ll do with it what we can! Xx

GamerGirl09 · 11/02/2026 22:17

@frenchgal @TerrazzoChips don’t worry the FET is okay! You’ll be in and out in 10/15 mins ♥️ Hope all goes well x

Thank you. I am not worried about FET (not my first) but about everything else. The wait. The torture of the early testing. The negative tests. Or the positive test but the anxiety of going through another loss.

Oh I so get you with this. I’m so scared about seeing a negative that I almost don’t want to test at all. Ignorance is bliss and all that.

FET2026 · 12/02/2026 16:33

Ok at the risk of looking silly - I got an on target 🎯 day message from the clinic. I’d tested at 5dp5dt on a FRER and on day 7 & 8 on a cheapie stick test. All negative. Was responding negative with result & thought oh well to confirm I will test on a cheapie to confirm.

I got a positive and tested again, another positive. So huh 🤔.

From all my times down the rabbit hole before in IVF treatment I know it could be a chemical or late implantation & I’m not holding my breath. But a very unexpected positive.

GamerGirl09 · 12/02/2026 17:11

@frenchgalawh yeah most of us in the same boat it’s so exhausting shouldering all this anxiety isn’t it.

@FET2026 oh that’s great news! So hoping your lines get stronger and everything progresses 🤞🏼

ItsAJourney · 12/02/2026 19:27

@FET2026 That’s great news, what a lovely surprise!! Congratulations!!

Klmno · 13/02/2026 09:27

Yaaay congrats @ThatPinkRaven, @21RsMama, @GamerGirl09 , @FET2026 ! Wonderful news.
Sorry to hear of the angst amongst us. I am also really anxious and guarding my heart. I don't even have experience of loss, I just feel like the journey to get here was so long and painful and it feels so fragile at the moment, like it all could fall apart any minute. I'm trying not to do too many tests or over analyse lines or symptoms/lack of them, but it's tricky.

Good luck tomorrow @frenchgal. One day at a time, you've got this!! But I think it is normal to feel how you do.

GamerGirl09 · 13/02/2026 09:46

Thanks @Klmno what’s next for you? and did you get your kitchen sorted okay?

Good luck today @21RsMama xx

21RsMama · 13/02/2026 13:20

Thanks @Klmno @GamerGirl09!! ❤️

Had my beta this morning but I won't get the results till Monday 🫠this will be a long weekend!

That's the right thing to do @Klmno just don't think about progression and symptoms as it just makes you worry and become paranoid about every little thing! Xx

Klmno · 13/02/2026 13:39

Yes I did thanks @GamerGirl09, plumber coming to fix the dodgy pipe Monday but all sorted/dried out etc.

Yes definitely the right attitude @21RsMama as it's really not going to make any difference is it.
I think the trouble with so long TTC it really does make us very sensitive/in tune to what our bodies are doing. So it's hard to ignore any possible symptoms, and then any change makes me panic a bit.

Tiffinay · 13/02/2026 14:40

I had my beta today 9dpt 133

I had my beta today 9dpt 133

That's a good level isn't it? ❤️

Tiffinay · 13/02/2026 15:05

Yes it is my clinic said 9dpt it’s a 90% chance

Klmno · 13/02/2026 15:42

That's great @Tiffinay . Are you in the UK? My clinic doesn't do beta as standard, I don't really know much about them to be honest! Thought it was more done in the US. Great that your number is good!

Tiffinay · 13/02/2026 15:45

Yes I am in the uk. I am from Sheffield this was my first frozen transfer. Thank you x

GamerGirl09 · 13/02/2026 16:28

Oh @21RsMama that’s so long to wait that sucks! Hope you’re looking after yourself this weekend and keeping busy ♥️

Congrats @Tiffinaythat’s great! Your clinic gave you a chance of success based on beta? Was it 3 day transfer or 5/6? And are you having any more betas? I’m not too far, basically on the cusp of west and north Yorks :)

Awh glad you got sorted @Klmno. My ivf clinic is in Dublin but I’m in the uk - they asked me to do one beta at 11dpt but when I had my blood taken locally (private) they were surprised and said most ivf patients they have in have 2 betas 48/72hr apart so I decided to have a second 2 days later! That second wasn’t asked for by my clinic though. Next step for my clinic after one beta is a scan at 7-8 weeks.

Tiffinay · 13/02/2026 16:30

@GamerGirl09They said it’s a 90% success rate as my beta was strongly very good. And she didn’t mention another beta she booked me for a scan. In march. My embryo was a 5 day early blastocyst which was grade 3BB when it was frozen and when it got thawn it was 2BB.

Vil · 13/02/2026 19:12

Hi everybody,

Hope I can join you, I am lucky to have a beautiful two-year-old daughter from IVF in 2023, we had to have another retrieval at the end of last year because I had many failed transfers from the last retrieval and we were left with just one embryo this time, it is tested and eupoloid!

My FET was on Monday, so I am 4dp5dt with my one and only little embryo 💗💗

Feeling no symptoms at all and I did have some with my daughter and with chemicals in the past albeit only from 4 or 5 days post so I’m still holding out hope.

Wishing you all the best luck and congrats to those who have already had their results!!!!

ItsAJourney · 13/02/2026 19:19

Hi @Vil , wishing you lots of sticky luck!! I’m on a similar timeline to you as I had my transfer on Tuesday. When’s your official test day?

Vil · 13/02/2026 19:23

@ItsAJourney ohhhh wishing you luck too how are you feeling?

its 20th February but I think I’ll test over the weekend because I’m crazy and I can’t handle the waiting not knowing id rather be let down gently than have a crash from experience.

what about you ?

Klmno · 13/02/2026 19:52

Ah I'm getting beta envy now, I would love some reassurance. Last tested Tuesday and it was a bit darker than my Sunday line, I'd say a decent line, but not a 'dye stealer' and not even same darkness as the control. But I did a lot of googling to suggest that's ok. Trying not to test again for a few more days. I do feel quite sick which reassures me. Every morning I wake up and don't feel pregnant and worry I've lost it, but the past couple of afternoons I have felt quite sick so that has reassured me. I'm not normally a sickly person so I'm surprised. It's more like the kind of sick you feel when you're hungry, but even when I've just eaten. I'm kind of hoping it continues, which sounds daft really but if it goes away I know I will have a huge panic! But also that's silly as dark test lines and symptoms really mean nothing. It's such a mind game isn't it?!
That's fab they've said 90% chance. I have to wait for a scan at 7 weeks. I suppose I could pay for a beta. It feels like this whole process has just been so expensive already though so maybe I'll try and sit tight. Plus recent burst pipe was not cheap haha!

@Vil that's great your embryo is euploid, means you have a great chance. Plus you know this time your body can carry a healthy pregnancy as it's already done so 🙂 I didn't have any symptoms until 7 days post transfer and that was just needing to wee a lot which usually happens just before my period anyway!

21RsMama · 13/02/2026 19:59

@Klmno I've not had a dye stealer either. I'm 13dpt today. I've been putting my texts on chatGPT and letting that give me the run down and it's honestly the more reassuring feedback I've had. I know it's not a doctor but the info is so helpful and it breaks down what to look for and what not to expect (like it told me don't expect a dye stealer, many people don't have them at this point etc). I feel like on forums you only see the extremes and not the middle ground as typically is things are ok people don't go on to post about it if that makes sense? Xx

ItsAJourney · 13/02/2026 19:59

@Vil Oh, that’s great, my OTD is the 20th as well!! How cool! I know exactly what you mean. If you have more of a clue earlier then it feels like it’ll be easier to take if the worst comes to the worst. I’m going to test early, but only one or two days earlier as will be 8dpt/9dpt by then and my OTD is my nephew’s birthday so I’d rather have an indication ahead of spending the day with them. I guess you need to ask how you might feel either way. Like, if it’s positive will you feel relieved or worried something may still go wrong? Or if it’s negative, will you lose hope that you’re out?
