February FET 2026

Thought I’d set up a chat for anyone due to have a FET in February 2026 😊

We’re doing ICSI due to severe MFI. We are doing our third transfer next month after a failed fresh and chemical from a FET. This is also our last embryo before having to start allllll over again 🫠 my period arrived later this afternoon so tomorrow is my CD1 then full steam ahead. This time I’m doing a modified natural (adding in a trigger), adding in clexane and the same as last time having Lubion and Cyclogest.

Is anyone else on a similar timeline? We could trauma bond over the turmoil we’re about to put ourselves through 😂

hey! My cycle started early evening today although I have to get confirmation I can start first. Hope I hear from someone over the weekend 🤞🏻. Shall report back.

@BluePurpleRedGreen ooooo fingers crossed you’re given the go ahead! Mine started about 10:30am but it wasn’t full flow until earlier this evening so the clinic will class tomorrow as my CD1 🙄

@YourLilacLibra my last cycle when starting was like that, this one was more of a rush. They said yes! I’ll start oestrogen tomorrow. It’s my first FET, second transfer.

@BluePurpleRedGreen yay!! I say yay like it’s exciting when it’s not, it’s terrifying 😂 I don’t actually know any dates of what I’m doing yet as I’ve not heard from the clinic yet. I think I’ll have my first scan maybe CD10

@YourLilacLibramy scan is next Tuesday. Transfer likely two weeks today or yesterday depending how things go. I’m excited but my embryos are untested, so I’m trying not to get too invested (impossible really) whilst also staying optimistic. Work is quite stressful (mentally not physically) so that’s distracting during the week 😬. How are you doing?

@BluePurpleRedGreen im thinking my scan may be next Monday/Tuesday. And transfer the first week of February. I’m adding in a trigger this time so i’m not 100% sure on the timeline with that 😂 our embryos are untested as well, only had 3 that made it to blast but I’m pleased with that given how bad my partners sperm is. This is our last one 🙄 so I’m more nervous for this one than I was the others. Booked myself in for a massage this Friday to help the nerves and probably another one next week, going wild haha

@YourLilacLibra crossing everything for you! Cumulative success increases with each time, that brings me hope. I don’t know much about FET protocols. I have oestrogen patches that look like bits of adhesive plastic, like what you get to close food packets, hard to believe they are releasing hormones.
massage sounds like an excellent idea!

@BluePurpleRedGreen I've done a fresh and a completely natural, now trialling a modified natural. So now I’ve nearly done them all 😂 the patches sound great 😂😂 so are you on a fully medicated FET?

Hi, wondering if I could join you. I had my egg collection at the beginning of December but ended up having quite moderate/severe OHSS so was switched to a freeze all. I am currently on CD4 on a fully medicated FET. Currently taking 3x 2mg oestrogen and have day 10 scan a week today so very similar to your timelines I believe. This was our first cycle and first transfer so very new to all of this. Blastocysts are all untested so not sure how well this is gong to go, having a single transfer.

@RavenWillow I’m also CD4 😊 I haven’t started any meds yet as I’m doing a modified natural. Also waiting to hear from the clinic when my scan will be but last time it was CD10 or CD12, so will be next week as well. My embryos were also untested 😊 fingers crossed it works for you first time

Hey! I'm in this team too! CD1 was the 16th so just waiting now for things to start. This is my 2nd transfer after 2 egg collections (first one was a nightmare as I ovulated early and lost all the eggs ....... still bitter about this tbh haha).
I think I'm on a natural cycle with added progesterone and a trigger shot. What is the clexane for? I feel like I want to be on anything that has a chance of helping! 😆

@21RsMama Im on CD4 now, heard from the clinic earlier and I have my pre ovulation scan next Wednesday, CD12.

I would definitely be bitter as well! 😂

Clexane is a blood thinner. I think he added it mostly to shut me up. I thought I’d try a different consultant and it didn’t go well 😂 he was very much “there’s no massive benefits to
it but if you want it added I’ll add it”. But I have since spoken to my usual dr and she said she’d have recommended it anyway

Yeah, fully medicated 🙂. I’m using these patches and then will move to progesterone pessaries while continuing patches. And that’s everything I think.

Hi all, please may I join too? I actually started the January FET thread but my cycle was cancelled due to a suspected polyp seen on the scans. Frustratingly it turned out not to be a polyp but the good news is, my next cycle has come early and the clinic are happy for us to start again now which means I’m on the same timeline as you all!

Today is my CD3. I started on 2 x 2mg oestrogen tablets a day yesterday as well as a new oestrogen patch every 48 hours. First scan is booked for next Wednesday 28th. Once transfer date is confirmed I’ll start Lubion and Prontogest injections.

This is my only embryo and it’s not got a great grading so I’m not feeling massively confident. It’s a day 6 4CC. It has been tested and is euploid however so that’s something to hold onto!

Hi everyone 🩷 I’d like to join too if that’s ok. This is my 5th FET after four bfns, so I’m really hoping this is finally our time! It’s the first time we’re using a tested euploid embryo so hopefully that will help. I’m on day 2 of estrogen tablets and aspirin (and already feeling super emotional!), I think transfer will likely be in the first week of Feb.

I have my first scan on the 28th as well, mines at 10:45am. I’m also on Lubion but I have no idea when I’ll be starting it 😂

Fingers crossed this is the one for you 🤞🏻 this is my final embryo before we’d have to start all over again so I’m feeling more stressed about this transfer than the others, no pressure haha but we didn’t test ours

@Sunnydaysahead1 my heart honestly goes out to you! This will be my 3rd and it’s so so heartbreaking. As heartbreaking as it is though we know we’ll going.

Hey! My scans tomorrow morning (26th) and a second one booked for the 28th if needed. I've not done a frozen transfer before.... How long is it after your scan that you would have the transfer (if they say your lining is ready I mean). I thought it was 2 days later but I'm not sure why I thought that.

I asked my clinic about taking aspirin and the nurse gave me a right patronising response. I just said I've spend 20k already and this is our last chance so if I hear anything might help I'm obviously doing to ask 🫠xx

From what I understand transfer is normally a week to 10 days after this scan, I think they said cd20 on average. I believe you start taking progesterone in the next few days after scan which would mimic ovulating.

Im sorry the clinic haven't been great with you, I have found this on occasion too. I think they are almost numb to this journey and a lot of them forget how much stress we go through and how much everything plays on our minds overthinking every little thing 😞

@21RsMama I’m not sure if natural or medicated frozen transfers are any different day wise but my transfer was 5 days after my positive ovulation test. My scan was to check my lining was thick enough and my follicle size. After that was just a waiting game for my ovulation tests.

Ergh so annoying isn’t it! The consultant I saw at my follow up was very dismissive of anything I suggested. I’m debating whether to add aspirin this time as well xx

I'm waiting for my period to start in around 8 days, then will be doing my first fully medicated FET in Feb, following a failed fresh transfer in December.

I'm praying that frozen will be the success we didn't find with the fresh. No embryos are tested, but I've had one A transferred, and will be transferring another A. I've just turned 33, did my egg retrieval when I was still 32.

I'm taking estrogen 3 times daily from CD2 and on injections CD2-7.

I will be on lubion injections and pessaries post transfer. I'm really impatient to get this cycle started.

Currently CD2, going in tomorrow for baseline scan.
I had a fresh transfer in 2022 which was successful and we got 6 frozen embryos left.
Started a FET in June 2024 but my lining was thick and the cycle was cancelled. I had a hysteroscopy and d&c and the biopsy showed endometrial hyperplasia.
I had the Mirena coil for a year and 2 negative biopsies and had the coil removed in October 2025.
Started a FET cycle end of December but on baseline my lining was 8mm so too thick to proceed. I’ve done another month of norethisterone and hoping tomorow my lining will be at the right thickness to start.
Ive been put on a super ovulation FET so I’ll be doing stims and trigger then a frozen transfer.

Hey! I know a few people had a 'day 10' scan today! (Day 11 actually) How did they all go?

I had mine and was told to take the trigger tonight with a transfer date of saturday. Feels so odd going into a FET and not a fresh transfer. Like I'm weirdly chill 😂 I'm sure that will go out the window over the next few days haha. I feel like a transfer on day 16 seems early for a 5 day embryo but I guess they know best. I thought it would have been on around day 20 as that's when the embryo would reach 5 days on a natural cycle. I honestly think all the IVF has me questioning absolutely anything I'm told 🫠

Anyway! Hope everyone is doing ok! And for those waiting on a period I hope AF is prompt! 🤞🏼Xx

@MocktailMe I’m currently CD11, having my first scan tomorrow. Our embryos are also untested 😊 I’m now 31 and had mine collected when I was 30. My partner is 33.

I’ll also be on Lubion and 3 pessaries a day! We got this 😂
