BFPs after IVF in September

@Daniki im the same today :/ third time its happened since i tested positive. Im 7+3 today. Today and yesterday I’ve also been getting the odd unfamiliar pain - not sure i’d describe it as a cramp but it’s a sort of dull throb which lasts a second or two.

I also have a scan on either Tues or Thurs (waiting to hear), fingers crossed for both of us xx

@Sierra26 it's so scary! I should be 7 weeks today but the scan on Friday said I was 6, so I duno what to go by! 🤞🏻🤞🏻 for us xx

Oh @Daniki and @Sierra26 how scary for you both. I know it's hard not to think the worst. Lots of women do spot in pregnancy and all is fine but I completely understand our minds will not go to the best case scenario after all we've been through to get here.

So I'm having a weird one this weekend.
Got my first positive on a digital last Sunday, mid afternoon and it was 1-2 weeks very faint on a cheapy. Did another today and it is still 1-2 but look at the difference on the cheapy! So weird!
I was stressed but have now put it down to some weird glitch cos there is no denying that line progression 🤣

@teampacey So when I had 1-2 weeks, it was light and got progressively darker on strip tests. I got 2-3 weeks the other day so your situation seems perfectly normal to me. To get 1-2 weeks, your hCG is between 10-153 and to get 2-3 weeks it’ll need to be around 2750 or something. So perhaps you’re slightly under that. To me it seems right to me.

Ahhh thanks @PurpleRayne89 that hopefully explains it! I'm away to the GP tomorrow to ask for a blood test anyway as my Prague clinic want a blood test. If they say no I'll pay for one anyway but worth a try! Will be nice to know what the numbers are!

@teampacey Your Numbers will be fine ☺️ I was the same tbf as my pregnancy with my son, I got 2-3 weeks much earlier on and my hCG seemed to climb quicker. Let us know your numbers when you get them.

Hope everything works out OK for you @Daniki and @Sierra26. It's hopefully nothing to worry about but that's easier said than done in this scenario. Keeping everything crossed for you both.

Hey everyone! Was on the last thread also.. congratulations to all so happy to see so many of us got BFPs 😄😄 I haven’t had much time lately but reading through this thread and last thread today as had my scan today and my embryo split 😂 I’m having twins! 😂 wasn’t expecting it so very shocked 😂😂 hope all your scans go well 💕

I haven't had any more spotting since yest so hoping all well, have scan with clinic in the morning ❤️

@Daniki im exact same, no spotting since yesterday lunch time and scan confirmed for tomos morning. I’m feeling quite nervous now as I feel like any symptoms I had are gone, other than extreme tiredness after meals.

@Sierra26 oh I'm wishing you all the luck! Let us know how you get on, I'm the same I'm very anxious today and know I'll be worse in the morn and is it's an 1.5hr drive to the clinic 🙈

We had a bit of a scare today and I am completely devastated. I tested twice with CBD last week and got 3+ twice (Wednesday and Friday). Today I decided to test again because I'm too nervous and got a 2-3 weeks. I burst into tears thinking this means a MC. So we ran to the lab to do a blood test and waiting for the results tomorrow. Anyone had anything similar?
Our ultrasound is not until next week...

@Mochistory the weeks indicator tests are not the reliable, try and step away from ❤️ iv seen the same thing on threads so many times, I purposely wouldn't test with one because I knew it would send me into a spin 😣

@Mochistory What time of day did you go both tests? Your urine may have been diluted. Only use FMU. Update with bloods x

The first two times I did test FMU, but today I arrogantly thought I would be far enough to get a 3+ mid-day after a lot of water. I'll test it again tomorrow, but meanwhile am losing my marbles. Hopefully the blood will come back positive.
It's been quite difficult to manage the anxiety

@Mochistory you did exactly what I did. I was getting 2-3 weeks on CBD in the morning. I then used one midday after loads of water and it was 1-2 weeks. Tried again first thing and it was 2-3 weeks so in this case I wouldn’t worry too much ☺️

@Mochistory I think those digitals are more trouble than they are worth! I posted about mine further down, I was convinced that I would get a 2-3 with the cheapie being that dark but still 1-2 so I'm taking it with a pinch of salt. Good luck for your blood results- will you get them today?

The GP wouldn't do my hcg yesterday. Said a urine test is as accurate as a blood test at this stage to diagnose pregnancy. So funny, he said your booking appointment is only 3 weeks away. ONLY! Do they not realise! Anyway I decided I'm not going to have my beta, I'm just trying to be chill, enjoy it and believe that this is it. Plus I'm feeling much more nauseous so that's a good sign.
