Thanks everyone for thinking of us today. Had another ‘pinch me’ moment earlier, I feel so lucky.

@PurpleRayne89 spotting a has stopped but I’ve had three episodes in the last two weeks so I expect I’ll still see more. The clinic basically ignored id even reported it, they were so unconcerned (in a good way).

i used this site to work out my EDD https://www.theivfjourney.com/due-date-calculator/ and it’s worked out right. Coincidentally my transfer date also aligned with what they’d be if I just went natural with LMP so very simple for me 😂

So glad to hear you both had positive outcomes at the scan @Sierra26 and @Daniki. 8 days to go for me, definitely wishing the time away currently!

@xMrsxHx87x oh it's such a long wait isn't it!

Iv a scan again on the 30th to make sure everything going ok, feels like forever away! Nausea seems to be ramping up but still having the odd bit of spotting. My god it is so triggering!! 😣

Anyone else not sleeping? Awake since half 2 and it's really pissing me off 😂 every night I wake around the same time, was up from 4am yest morn because my 3.5yr old decided that was when the day started 😩😂

@Daniki I'm sleeping ok but my sleep patterns have massively changed. I can normally do 6.5 hours easily and be fine all day. Now I need 8 hours or I can't function. I'm in bed before 9pm most nights!

@Daniki I wonder how much more you’ll see at that next scan? Lots probably! I’m thinking about booking another scan between now and 12 weeks… 4.5 weeks feels so long to wait! Although I know my husband will just tell me to chill.

I’m actually sleeping really well except almost every night getting up to wee. My wee is more concentrated so I think my kidneys are working overtime through the night. usually they slow down and I wouldn’t go at all, and would usually go 2-3 times in first few hours of being awake, so seems instead those times are through the night just now.

8 weeks today ❤️ What a privilege. Not taking second of this for granted. Every moment I have to myself I spend thinking how lucky I am.

Argh sometimes I hate my brain!
Woken up this morning convinced this pregnancy isn't going to progress. Don't know why, I have no signs that it won't. Just struggling to believe this is actually really happening! I've also got an interview for a new job today so I could really do without those thoughts.
I've still got sore boobs, tired, some nausea, occasional stretchy cramps and no bleeding etc, I've done another test today and they are continuing to get darker but still my brain wants to believe this isn't going to work out!
Scan next Wednesday evening....

@xMrsxHx87x same I'm in bed around half 9 😂and when I eventually fall back to sleep my son wakes up and bursts into the room with all the lights on declaring he's hungry 😂

@Sierra26 should see a good bit of difference, around 9 weeks you will see a clearer "baby" form for sure, I remember having a scan at 9 weeks before and you could defo make out a shape 🥰 I am just praying there will still be a baby and heart at in 2 weeks 😩🙈 had app with GP This morn and he said there was white cells and blood in urine sample so he's sending it off to see is there an infection. I'm going to wee constantly but assumed just from being pregnant because that's always the way I am! Have a pain in one side now tho around rib cage so wondering if it's a kidney infection, would rather not go on antibiotics 😣

wishing you all the best going forward. I will be leaving this group now as unfortunately when I tested today the line was so faint and my beta was only 17 so it's another chemical pregnancy for us (3rd chemical and 6th failed transfer).

Well ladies back from clinic, 7 weeks scan was perfect nice strong heart beat 140pbm xx

I went to EPAU yesterday as had some pain and shoulder tip pain so was concerned. We have a sac and yolk sac but they couldn't see the fetal pole just yet. They dated me at 5+4 but I was 5+2 by transfer date so not too bad at all. They could see what looked like the corpus luteum on my left ovary and a lesion on my right that they think is a cyst. However they could rule out that the one one the right isn't another pregnancy although they said it would be incredibly rare (plus we only had one embryo put back in so I don't know how that would work). They did my hcg and levels were 6972 and they are going to rescan on 23/10. They didn't seem particularly concerns and said once you have seen the yolk sac that's a really good sign. So we will see.
I got home and my new set of digitals had arrived. I did a test and got 3+ (unsurprising now I know my hcg levels but I didnt at the time!) and I was pretty chuffed as I got 1-2 last week still. Anyway I will update more after Wednesday's scan.

Also I got offered the job for the interview I did on Thursday!

@teampacey congrats! Yea too early yet and dating ahead so that's good! I have a second but empty sac when I was scanned 😂

Thanks @Daniki I'm feeling quietly positive about all of this. Roll on Wednesday and hopefully a little heartbeat 💗

@Natasha90 great your scan went well. My clinic didn’t measure the heartbeat - im annoyed I didn’t ask!

Congrats on the job offer @teampacey ! Hopefully Wed goes well, it’s amazing how much can progress on the scans in just a few days.

@Daniki did you find out if you have an infection? Hope you’re feeling better!

I’m really wrestling with whether to drop another £100 on another scan. I have no reason to other than impatience, curiosity and of course anxiety that things could change without warning. I know my husband will say no 🙈 but four weeks is such a long time to wait now for our 12 weeker! I would also do private NIPT at 10 weeks but he doesn’t feel any need to. Need to control my impatience!

@Sierra26 my husband is similar to yours 😂 but at the end of the day we're the pregnant ones with the anxiety so if another scan helps reassure you then go for it! I'm the exact same, have one on the 30th and can't wait for it 🙈 I have relaxed slightly but my new fear is a MMC as my friend had one at the start of the year 🙈 no word on infection but have been drinking lots of water anyway, I have no symptoms of one so hopefully I'm in the clear!

Having a lot of brown discharge today, this is sending me in a panic as it's how both my miscarriages started 😭 will try and get into the epu tomorrow

Ah @Daniki thinking of you. Let us know how EPU goes. So unfair how scary this early stage is. I’m also petrified of MMC. I work in HR so unfortunately see how many of our employees or happens to and I carry a lot of that with me.

Ive had some weird orange discharge/spotting this weekend. Trying to ignore!
