Anyone doing IVF round in September?✨

Hello!

I was just wondering if anyone else was doing ivf in September and fancied some company? We’re starting our first round next week! I’m also happy to join existing threads if anyone knows of any on here? As ever, sending baby dust and the best of vibes to one and all ☺️💫✨❤️

@PurpleRayne89 I would think so, most clinics have same day results! Going to GP for bloods this morn but be end of week prob before I get results 🤪

@Daniki fingers crossed I get my results the same day. No messing about! Best of wishes with your blood results. Do your clinic not do bloods?

well thats me out, BFN at 8dp5dt and period arrived today - day 10. 3 rounds, 4 transfers, 7 embryos all BFN. I’m 42 and just so full of despair right now. I’m losing any hope of becoming a mum and having a family of my own.

I’ll try very hard to scrape myself off the floor and try again. Maybe abroad may be the way forward.

Thanks @PurpleRayne89 my clinic don’t offer this. But changing clinics and will see what they suggest.

@PurpleRayne89 I'm not no, but I'm looking at ARGC, they seem to offer a lot of extras but I would need to work out logistics of travel as I know they do blood tests daily.

@DaisyTee Oh right. I’m with Acorn Fertility in Colliers Wood. They are brilliant. You see the same consultant from beginning to end. It’s the doctors own private clinic. You only see the nurses for bloods and chaperone when seeing the make doctor. I can’t praise the place enough. Check them out.

@PurpleRayne89 they do, but they only do one test and if it's over 150 they don't test again! I booked the GP then just for my own peace of mind as iv had a few losses. Won't get results til thurs or Friday tho 😝

Yes I think beta is same day in most of the clinics.
Im waiting for a coagulation test results for 4 days already though as it was just before the weekend!

Very sorry :( I feel you, every failure is extremely tough!
We are with ARGC and they are very thorough (intense though as well). I’m also keeping appointments with a haematologist throughout the cycle to monitor bloods as my first 3 attempts likely failed because of the blood thickness and I did not even know that 🤦‍♀️

I’m so sorry @DaisyTee that all sounds super tough for you. It’s really hard because people say take some time but we so often feel like time is running out. I don’t have any advice re ivf as this is my first round and we haven’t even done a transfer yet but I would say if it’s possible for you, therapy has really helped me. I recently found a fertility specific practice which I think I’m going to look into. Sending you lots of love and hope you’re ok ❤️‍🩹

@NadiaSeq thanks. Il bricking it. I hope o get my result today. I’ve been testing, they look fine but still 1-2 weeks on CBD so hoping it’s because of the time I implanted. With my son I got 2-3 weeks at 8dp5dt… I am anxious.

Blood drawn. They are using a new lab and results take 24 hours 😞

For those who have got positives how many days was it? I'm only 2dp5dt but testing out my trigger which has almost gone (very weird wanting a blank test!)

@PurpleRayne89 it's so annoying you're just waiting on tenderhooks! What level do they like to see at this stage or did they say? I got mine done yest and prob won't get results until Friday, I really hope they like have tripled in a week!

@teampacey I got a vvvvvfl the night of 4dp5dt. That morn was negative!
