Hi ladies
Sorry to hear about the negative tests and while there still might be a chance for this round, I guess you are mentally prepared for what to do next.
My plan in cas my transfer failed would have been to do ovarian rejuvenation with PRP (platelet enriched plasma). This is practically spinning down your blood and injecting the plasma full of growth factors into the ovaries or endometrium, whichever might be the problem for you.
It's available as stand alone treatment at ISIS Fertility in Cyprus for €800 or for €500 if part of an IVF cycle with them. I was told Lister clinic in London do it but I haven't checked personally as far as I know it's not an approved treatment in the UK.
Another thing I'd recommend is to take NMN, an anti-aging supplement you can find on Amazon, please look it up. I took it for 3-4 weeks prior to my egg collection and transfer and wouldn't have thought of it much if another 2 women shared they got pregnant after taking it for 6 weeks. Definitely worth a try, I stopped it after my BFP but my husband keeps taking it and is convinced he notices its effect.
For some reason I had a very high progesterone on transfer day so much so I freaked out it will negatively affect implantation. As it turns out, there's no such thing as too much progesterone as I tested positive, so have progesterone tested on the day of transfer for reassurance or to top it up if it's not high enough.
Hope everyone is doing well and not losing hope 🪷
