@LittleAm, and to everyone who needs to hear this. I was having one of those days and I asked my best friend, "What's the difference between being negative, being hopeful, and being positive. Because I don't know what to feel, and I'm unable to control what I'm feeling"
She said, "being negative - well you know that. Being hopeful means looking forward to something, but not being consumed by it (that's in fact delusion). Hope is a motivator that makes you believe that there is good worth working for - maybe once, maybe twice, maybe a number of times. So you shouldn't lose it. Being positive is a mindset, that whatever happens, it will work in YOUR favour, and you will make the best of it."
For some reason it's stuck with me and helps me orient myself, when I'm lost.
