Hi 👋

I was hoping for people's experiences and thoughts on Create Fertility? I am considering them, so any thoughts would be much appreciated.

I am currently going through a short protocol with high stims with another clinic, baseline scan showed 4-5 follicles (expected that as I have low AMH/low ovarian reserves) but through my high stimulation am only showing 1, maybe 2 follicles that are growing...so cycle is not looking great.

So I wanted to consider Create as they specialise in natural modified and mild IVF, but would appreciate feedback on people's experiences as we would be going in multi cycle with my low AFC/AMH and want to ensure it's the best decision in those circumstances.

Thanks @Sunflower360 5 follicles so natural modified with tamoxifen. But there’s a cyst on my right side so have to wait for blood test as May not be able to go ahead this month. I’m confused - 2 rounds, a cancelled cycle and iui at Crgh with no cysts. At create a cyst on the left last cycle and a cyst on my right this cycle!

@Doxy21 I don't know a lot about cysts, did they indicate what could be causing them? 5 follicles is good though and there could be smaller ones hiding as it's so early on in the cycle

They said ‘blah blah blah cyst’ hahaha. Like I’m meant to know what the blah blah blah meant. I kinda wish hubby was there as he would have known and I can’t even convey what blah blah blah actually was to him as it was a medical word foreign to me!

@Doxy21 oh I really hope your bloods come back fine and you can go ahead! Everything crossed. The Dr scanning me yesterday said my big follicle could be a cyst but they didn't call with any blood results so I'm hoping it wasn't. It's difficult when you're not quite sure what's going on during / after a scan! Xx

My period has arrived, 8-9 days early but since my follicles were so large at first scan last time I guess that makes sense. Assume I’ll be in for a scan on Wednesday again and see whether there are signs of cysts or HOPEFULLY it’s 3rd time lucky for the start of cycle 2 🤞🏼🤞🏼

@Doxy21 great that you can go ahead! When will you next be in for a scan?

@Sunflower360 it went fine thanks! The big one has gotten way bigger but I'm hoping it will now level out and some others will catch up. Same meds and back Monday AM. OH and pup down now and we're into our airbnb in the Peak District which is so lovely! Looking forward to a nice walk and a roast in a country pub tomorrow on my appointment free day!

@Jx3303 sounds like a lovely day! I’m in again on Tuesday. Started tablets today so will see if I can start stims on Tuesday!

Lovely, good luck everyone. I joined a webinar from LA. Some pointers. Basically if your run down do not do ivf or transfer. I thought that was really interesting. Mind set also important. I can put some things up on here if you like.
ive pushed forward with the second transfer not waiting a month between, it wasn’t recommended by this woman and I’ll see on my scan tomorrow how I’m doing but I’m feeling pretty good and that it’s my time so if everything is ok I’m pushing forward.

Thanks @Woodcottage1 would be good to see this tips. Echo what you say about wanting to go straight into it and wish you best with this next FET. I was advised to have 1 month break after the chemical pregnancy last month before starting my 1st nat mod cycle but I didn't want to wait, and I was so emotional, but somehow it turned out to be a good cycle. So sometimes it is good to go with your gut feeling

Thanks @Sunflower360 - my biggest follicle was like 7mm - she said you start gonal f when it’s 10 but then I got a call and have to start gonal f now based on my bloods. Doesn’t seem like a great sign.

Hopefully the blood results indicate there could be some follicle growth due perhaps. Hope the next scan goes ok
