@MaybeBabyTwo you're only the equivalent of 9dpo which is really early still, a negative now doesn't mean its all over.

@ESWill last cycle my oestridol level was already too high by D7 but they reduced the meds and I continued until D12 but I had so many follicles and the level was so high they had to cancel due to severe risk of OHSS. I felt pretty terrible both emotionally and physically, I was in such pain and my ovaries were massive. So much better this time so far, just hope things keep ticking along and the same thing doesn't happen again in the last few days of stims 🤞

I do too. Feeling a bit sickly this morning, and tired , bloated feeling - but not bad. Crossing everything my follicles look what they are supposed to look on day 8 🤞🏻 best of luck to you too♥️

I have a little update on day 3 our all 7 embryos doing well which is such a relief.
Now hoping some will get to day 5 to create blastocysts 🙏

@ESWill how did it go? Not enough growth for me so no EC on Wednesday just another scan which is a bit disappointing. Sitting at 13/11 follicles though.

All done. 18 eggs collected. So relieved that this part of over. It wasn’t so bad actually and had a nice sleep

That sounds like a promising number of follicles 😊
If you count the ones that will continue to mature that are bigger than 10, I have 8 strong follicles now. Egg collection probably Friday- but trying to not get ahead of myself. Next scan Wednesday,l- day 10. Warm wishes to everyone.

I am having such a down day today. I just can’t shake the feeling that there’s no way this could have worked. A 3 day, 6 cell embryo transferred doesn’t feel like there’s any chance. I just feel like I wish I could fast forward 2 weeks and find out when we can start the process again for another shot at it. I know this isn’t the attitude to have but just struggling today 😞

@Katie12444 thats very nice, Hopefully a lot make it to 5 day!

@Jcl22 Those days are there as well. im so sorry it has been such a difficult journey. But in our body we don’t even know how it is dividing! So its definitely not a lost cause yet! Hope you’ll be surprised ❤️

I just got a call that we 5 of our 6 embryos are genetically normal.. Im so happy and relieved ❤️ Transfer will probably be the end of May is what they are aiming at.. have a discussion with the doc on Thursday!

Hope I can join in. Just stumbled across this wonderful group of fertility warriors and it gives me so much hope. I had my FET on 16th March - we transferred two day3 embryos. The TWW is just so dreadful - I have cramping on most days but the doc says it's due to medications I am taking. Trying not to test too early. Keep me in your prayers

Still negative for us so we're out. Hopefully I'll see none of you on the May group because you'll all be successful in this one!

Hi everyone, hope you don’t mind me joining. I’m in my 2WW and I test tomorrow. I’m petrified but reading that you are all going through similar stages has helped.
i have had cold symptoms, slight pinches, alot
of watery discharge, bit of brown stringy discharge last night, headaches and being tired to the point where my eyes are sore…however I have tried to stay realistic as this could be the hormones! I’ve got my fingers crossed for you all x

@Jcl22 this i a veey hard journey but we all need to be strong and grow a thicker skin ❤️ is this your 1st ivf?

Is this a fresh cycle? And I'm interested that you've had 2 put back. I was wondering about this myself. Hopefully more chances on at least 1 working.

@BrownXeyes good luck on your tww... mine hopefully starts tomorrow! So far my embryos were developing well on day 3 so hoping for some to get to day 5..
I find it very difficult this 5 day wait from EC...

@Katie12444 well done for EC. 18 is beautiful number, did you hear anything of how many fertilised etc? Fingers crossed they were all mature 🙏

Thank you- the 5 day wait didn’t seem to bad for me it’s been this wait after transfer I’ve gone through every emotion possible. I have everything crossed for you in this 5 day wait x

@Irisjj thanks, I hope so! Feeling a bit low today. Can’t get the polyp removed until end of May and then I think my clinic wants me to wait two cycles until I can start FET after the polyp is removed 😔

@AlisonDanuta still waiting to hear atm. An embryologist is meant to be phoning me today so hopefully I’ll hear soon x

Today isn’t getting any better, of the 18 collected, 6 made it to day one. I feel like giving up.

@AlisonDanuta : Thank you Alison. It's a Frozen cycle. And yes! Hopefully adding two should raise the chances - We did the EC in Jan'23 and transfer in March'23 since I have PCOS and the doc felt it's better to have some gap. fingers crossed🤞

@Katie12444 : Hi Katie - for my case , we collected 12 and only 6 made it to day 3. Don't lose hope. Keeping my fingers crossed for you.

Also since you mentioned the polyp - I had to delay the EC to 2023 as I had a very big fibroid(thankfully it was subserosal) that was removed last year so the retrieval and tranfer was pushed by a few months. Use the gap to take care of yourself - it will serve as a much needed break from the constant monthly stress that we go through
