IVF August 2022

Might be a bit early for this thread, but is anyone else planning to start an IVF round in August?

I'm having tubes checked later this month, planning to try naturally for one month then back to the IVF again.

This will be my third round. I have a daughter from my first. The second, which was a FET, ended in a miscarriage. Sadly I have no embryos frozen so this will be a fresh cycle.

PGTA was recommended to me after my 1st IVF ended in a late miscarriage at 17 weeks due to chromosomal abnormalities - I'm 40, so not unexpected. To avoid the same happening, I tested the 2 frozen embryos - one was euploid (normal) the other had chromosomal abnormalities. Unfortunately the euploid FET was a BFN. Having another round of IVF now and will have PGTA again - it delays the transfer by a month, but avoids the heartache and you know that the FETs have a better chance of success.
