@MollyVanDer Hiya, how are you getting on? Have you got any symptoms yet, you must be nearly there now? Thinking of you 🤞🤞🤞

@Ivfhopefull We didn't qualify for the refund packages but we did go with a 2 cycle package with them & i would recommend as all FET's are included & you only pay for the meds.

I had a really heavy period and had horrendous cramps after my failed fresh cycle a few weeks ago. I was told it was due to the lining being thickened on the medication. I was lucky that this only lasted a few days though.

@Daisychain93x i just had a failed cycle too & sounds like you are having the same issue as me with the heavy period after! Were you also on long protocol?

Horrible isn’t it. The last thing you want to deal with after a failed cycle.
I was doing IVF lite which I’m assuming is short protocol (I’m very new to this!)

@Daisychain93x have you had a talk with your consultant yet about since your last cycle? I cant wait for mine, id like to hear what they think we could do to improve next time if anything

@Gigi89x We had our negative test on 25th Feb, then the consultant rang us on March 3rd, but couldn’t give an explanation as to why it didn’t work and hasn’t suggested anything different for next time. It was just one of those things unfortunately. We have a treatment planning meeting with a nurse next Wednesday to discuss next steps. Our fertility issue is that my husband has an absence of the Vas Deferens due to him unknowingly being a carrier for Cystic Fibrosis. Hoping to do a natural FET this time.
I hope you don’t have to wait too long and that they can suggest ways that can improve your chances.

Thanks @Gigi89x their packages seem reasonable. Do you know if you can switch clinics once you start? We are considering CRGH or Lister. So hard to choose clinic!

@Bluehawaii29 holding up okay thanks. At least I'm passed the mid way point. OTD next Weds and determined to not test beforehand. TBH not many symptoms at all. I'm a bit bloated but that's about it! Don't feel optimistic at all. However the most worrying thing is that being 8dp5dt today and on my first cycle I started spotting from day 10 so every time I go to the bathroom I'm worried about seeing spotting!! Anyway other than that I'm trying to keep hope. I'm so so pleased for you and it helps give me hope. How does it feel today?

@Gigi89x they put back 2 embryos but I’m over 40 so pretty low risk of both taking. Sorry to read the withdrawal bleed is so heavy fingers crossed it stops soon. My last ivf cycle, I definitely remember a heavier than normal bleed I put it down to all the meds too.

@MollyVanDer aww you’re doing really well, the 2WW is a killer, still very fresh for me and I am glad you are waiting for the day. The same thing happened to me in this cycle where it reached day 8 and I started panicking that every cramp may mean AF so kept checking and still do tbh. I think that fear never really goes away probably in the whole of first trimester. I truly hope that it stays away for you and you get your BFP which you deserve so much. Hang in there! Xx

@Frenchiepupmama aww thank you:)) I did another one today and line just as dark still 🤞 I’ll do a final one on OTD tomorrow and then stop testing like a mad woman and just wait for my scan now! Hope you are good x

So one of our eggs has fertilised. We are going for a 2 day transfer tomorrow.

@Bluehawaii29 mine was like that . Do you have bloods done too?

I ve been feeling a bit sick in the mornings but last night I couldn't eat my tea I ended up coming to bed about 8pm. And ive slept right through.

@Bluehawaii29 I was just thinking of messaging you too. Yep, line is darker for me too🎉 Have already emailed the nurses to get a scan booked in. Hope I can get it asap!

@Justawannabemam heyy aww I’m sorry you’re feeling so poorly, try to eat small amounts frequently and fluids. Hope it settles x I feel nausea right now but still no vomiting yet. That’s interesting yours was like that. I read online it could suggest twin pregnancy when so dark at this stage. I definitely was getting symptoms early and still am. The clinic doesn’t do bloods so I said to myself today will be the last home pregnancy test now for a while, at least until my scan on 13th April. Just wanted to ask did they tell you that you would expect in October since they are triplets? x
