@Ladybug06 yes try to keep occupied I ended up testing on the only day I wasn't doing anything haha not long now though!

I wonder if you guys can help me. I've been taking L-arginine,vitamin E, Vitamin D and prenatal. I will keep taking the prenatal and vitamin D but I'm not sure whether to keep up with the other 2. I'm running low on l-arginine and didn't know whether to buy more.

How is everyone doing? I have now turned into a test addict. I think because I'm not as naive as I was on my first cycle haha

I will be signing out for a while, have had an awful week, a small bit of hope thrown in the middle (2 embryos had implanted, confirmed at the scan Thursday), followed by the lowest of low today, when they have confirmed bloods have dropped and pregnancy is not viable. I have to go Xmas eve to another scan to check everything is out :( I'm beyond heartbroken.

So I am wishing you all the very best for your journeys, and I'm sure I will see some of you in future groups.... whatever your situation, try enjoy Christmas, even if that is drowning sorrows as we will be ;-) loads of love to you all x

How is everyone?
I currently have covid so am isolating in the bedroom away from my family, I'm on the 2nd day of isolation and would love for some updates from you lot to keep me busy
Absolutely stressed about covid causing problems with this pregnancy I'm 8+2 and terrified, we've already been through so much in 8 weeks and now this! Was meant to have a private scan on Tuesday as wanted to check all was still OK since the scan at 6 weeks, I'm petrified of vanishing twin syndrome or missed miscarriage 😭 but we will just have to wait till im free again lol

Wanted to wish you all a very merry Christmas.
Unfortunately it was a BFN for me when I tested last week.

For those of you that had positive results, I would be keen to learn what prenatals/vitamins you took and whether there was anything you did during the cycle which you think may have helped? Plus did anyone take aspirin during treatment as I read this may help with blood flow/inflammation?
I may give it one last shot in a few months time although the thought of another egg collection terrifies me, found it so painful

@Ladybug06 I'm sorry to hear that. I didn't do anything much - I took pregnacare conception, ubiquinol up until EC, and I did cut back on caffeine and sugar (usually I'm terrible for cake and crap and have it to excess) leading up to it and throughout. I did go for acupuncture though with a lady that specialises in fertility.

I was originally in this thread for my fresh transfer in November so just wondering if any of you girls are having IVF/FET in the next month ? Or if you know of a knew thread so I can find a little FET buddy. It will be my first frozen transfer so it's all new again! Feel like its back to square 1!!

Hey, yeah there is a Jan/feb one, I'm having my FET 24th feb if my damn period comes soon lol x

@ExhaustedPigeon1988 I've looked and for some reason it doesn't come up ! Never mind! I'm the same, I have such irregular periods too I hate not knowing when it will happen lol 😊

@IVFGotThis05 the Jan/Feb 2022 thread is always on the first page/towards the top as its been super active!

@ExhaustedPigeon1988 if I can manage to do a FET round directly after the EC round just finished (ie no cysts and not too delayed follicle phase), then I'll also be doing an FET around feb 20t-22nd or so, similar timeline! x

Needed somewhere to rant, don't have anyone that I can say this to without sounding like a Bitch. When we found out we were pregnant with twins, we had already decided we thought it was 2 girls..... really stupid, obviously no way of knowing at 4 weeks LOL. My closest friend was 14 weeks at that point, she also works for me too, so no escaping her beautiful bump :( now after the loss it's so damn hard, and today she's just told me she's having a girl..... I'm so jealous, hurt and angry. I feel horrible for feeling like that, she's a great mum and deserves to be happy. I wish I could truly be happy for her, how do you ladies cope, we only started this process July. EC august, FET November, miscarriage December, now starting another FET. It's SO intense!!!

Hiya everyone, hope you are all doing ok? Just hoping for a bit of advise....

So after getting a wonderful consultation with Dr Thanos on Monday he has recommended a new direction. I am now starting a fresh cycle of IVF, but with the plan to do a natural frozen cycle after. He has recommended some tests before the natural cycle, but they are expensive and intrusive, and even he didn't sound particularly confident they would offer answers to my multiple miscarriages. But that they could..... so what experience do you ladies have of the following;

Endometrio – endometrial receptivity testing and culture Hysteroscopy
Endometrial scratching

Bacteriology/Virology/Immunology Covid-19
Lupus anticoagulant

Cytogenetic/Cytology
Karyotyping/cystic fibrosis/Y-deletion (together)

Any info, personal experience, thoughts are massively appreciated.... we are self funded and looking a a further £3.5k for these, which would me losing a round of IVF, worth it or not? Thanks everyone x
