@AMN3000 thank you both. They did my bloods at hospital last night and tested my urine would they have checked for infection then? Or would it still be worth asking? Xx

@Infertilitywarrior great they tested and the fact they haven’t called you means they are likely fine. I would certainly directly ask them the question: Did my blood or urine test results show any signs of infection. Or even ask for a copy to be certain. Sadly NHS services are so rushed and different people on different shifts that even when my results showed inflection no one had actually looked at them - it only became apparent in the case review later on. Have you been in for your scan yet? Are you feeling any better this morning? xx

@StillTrying10000 sorry I tagged wrong person earlier 🙈 they can't give me a scan till tomorrow 😭 I've stopped bleeding now so that's got to be a good sign hasnt it. When I go back to hospital tomorrow for scan I'll ask and I also had a urine test at the doctors last week too and awaiting results x

@Infertilitywarrior I'm really sorry to read that. How stressful this must all be for you. And how frustrating you have to wait for the scan. Fingers crossed for you. 🤞

@Infertilitywarrior that’s a horrible to be going through. It does sound promising that the neck of the womb is still closed. Could be a sub chronic hematoma? What did your clinic say?

@Infertilitywarrior I am so sorry to read that. I figured you tagged me by accident. Its fine though. I wish I could advise you but I really don't know. It sucks they cant scan you until tomorrow but the stopping does sound good. And the neck womb being closed. It could be a harmless bleed but always good to find out. I hope its good news for you. I will be thinking of you and hoping for good news.

did my first beta test this morning (my clinic doesnt do them so I got my own). Am 6 weeks today. Will do another on wednesday and hoping for good news. Still waiting to find out when my scan is. They were supposed to tell me last week and never did. Its with the maternity team but the IVF nurse said she was going to chase it up for me. So hopefully I will find out soon. still no symptoms but trying not to be nervous.

@Chrischross clinic said sounds like a twin pregnancy with hcg levels so high but they cant really say anything else until I've had my scan at hospital tomorrow
Hospital seem far less bothered about it all 🤣😭 they said they won't even do a 2nd lot of bloods tomorrow they will just scan and depends on what they see they might send me away to come back in a few days if it's too early 😭

@Infertilitywarrior so sorry to hear that and fingers crossed it’s just a harmless bleed, especially as the cervical os is still closed. Annoying that it’s taking a while but let’s hope that’s because the hospital aren’t worried.

I have been absent for a few days, got transfer tomorrow and this round just hasn't left me with any energy, positivity and I'm more nervous this time! I have my pineapple, lucky socks and getting those glorious fries on the way home!

Omg so had my scan this morning and there's 2 healthy babies 🎉🎉🎉 I cried so much it still doesn't feel real!
We have been warned it is still early days but everything is good at the moment
I can't thank you all enough for the amazing support you have given me now I just need to make sure I rest up xxx

She’s pregnant with twins from her last two embryos and had two scary bleeds but babies are both doing really well. She also talks about how tough the morning sickness is with twins. Wishing you all the best :-) xx
