@Chrischross yes I did notice it came up nearly straight away so glad that's a good sign! I only have the first response tests and actually have none left now except for the clear blue one the clinic gave me for Thursday.

I'm feeling ok about it now thank you everyone. It is what it is, I can't do anything to change what's going to happen but I'm glad I have booked in some bloods to give me a better indication.

@Infertilitywarrior 6wks and a day and I feel like it's dragging!! Early scan Friday - still no symptoms

@Infertilitywarrior I'm starting to feel sick and I can't deal with it. 😫 I hate it.

@paintfairy @strawberrysummer19 starting to feel sick too and its quite awful! and omg I am literally so tired I feel like staying in bed all day everyday 🤣

@Infertilitywarrior yeah I'm tired too. God its hard work just to exist today. 🤣

@paintfairy im not moving off the sofa for the rest of the evening. How do pregnant people actually manage full time work? 🤣🤣🤣 I'm working full time in a nursery but I honestly dont know how I'm gonna make it through each day 🤣

@Infertilitywarrior I have no idea! Or people with kids already. And I've barely started this journey. 🤣

Hey everyone, I'm back (I know it's only been a couple of days), been really hard not to keep picking up my phone, as have really wanted to Google every little thing. Hope each and everyone of you are doing as well as possible, whether it's the devastating negatives, exciting yet scary positives, or even the dreaded 2 week wait... sending you all ❤️

Transfer was 2.30 Monday, I plan on testing Sunday, although OTD is actually 9th lol. Have had period pains since the transfer, assumed it was from the procedure, but surely they would have stopped by now? It's nothing major, just feels like a mild dragging sensation, and crampy. Any ideas ladies, or is this a simple case of symptom spotting? Lol x

@ExhaustedPigeon1988 congratulations on transfer! It’s infuriating but I’ve had those symptoms on BFP (16 week loss), chemical and BFN. It’s horrid. For me the only defining feature for BFP is the exhaustion was overwhelming, I just sort of know in my bones when it’s worked. Well done on holding out so long to test. I always test early as I like to test out my trigger shot. Keep strong xxx

@StillTrying10000 sorry to hear of your losses, it's such a difficult journey! I have been tired since starting progesterone, so not sure I could tell tbh. Due to staff sickness I have to work tomorrow til Saturday so didn't want to test then have to deal with work, if not would be testing much earlier lol x

@StillTrying10000 when did the exhaustion hit you do you remember? I wasn't too bad until now (5+4) and its hit me big time
@ExhaustedPigeon1988 welcome back! I had the same too pulling tugging sensations and back pain probs for a week after transfer no idea whether it was an indication it had worked or as you say side effect of procedure but I still get the period type pains now xx

@Infertilitywarrior yeah I have had back ache too, but that started before transfer. Belly ache has been since transfer, it's not painful, just there if that makes any sense at all lol. How are you feeling today? X

@ExhaustedPigeon1988 I have the worst nausea 😭 and I'm still in a state daily praying that I stay pregnant 😭 but taking each day as it comes and being grateful for all we've been given. I need a whole 48 hours of sleep and then I'll be good I reckon 🤣 how about you? How are you feeling? What weird feelings we go through with treatment it's crazy xx

@Infertilitywarrior the nausea is a good sign though, means strong hormones :) have everything crossed for you..... I am that crazy I have convinced myself it's worked, have worked out I will be 6 weeks 21st December, and that I can book a viability scan before Christmas :) have found a place local that charge £80, well worth knowing if it's single, twins and that everything looks half ok.... again I know I sound like a crazy person, but it's so nice to dream :) these belly cramps are so reassuring, I hope they don't ever stop lol x

Positive thinking all the way being convinced it worked as you say its nice to dream and I'm sure you are fully aware deep down of the other option so why let yourself be down when you don't know what's going on yet it's nice to feel like it's worked and get some enjoyment out of it. I loved the cramps too in my own weird way coz it felt like something was going on there and it was working xx

Hi I'm new on this thread but I've tested early and every day since 🤦🏻‍♀️ but I'm scared now it's gonna end up being a chemical pregnancy or it's not gonna be real. Why do we do this to ourselves honestly I'm so scared its gonna change. We only had one embryo that made it for transfer so think I'm just in shock and scared if it doesn't work having to start all over again. Sorry for the ramble just need to get it all out x

@Ivf1sttime big hugs, that’s a strong line for 8dp5dt, your mind is playing tricks on you. I have it to, I’m in the same situation, but there’s no reason to think anything’s wrong, it’s trauma from the infertility. I’m trying to quieten my dark thoughts too. Sending positive energy x x x

@ParisinNovember it's so hard to try think the good thoughts when your just used to heartache with infertility. Thank you for responding makes me feel better knowing others r going thru the same xx

@Ivf1sttime congratulations! I was the same as you and to be honest still am. I am terrified of it not working but the people in this group are amazing they are the biggest support through everything and it has really helped me take 1 day at a time and relax a little xx
