@CycleGirl20 I feel the same - my breasts aren't really sore and my other 'symptoms' either come and go or are caused by the massive dose of progesterone I am on! I am thinking already about our planned 3rd fresh cycle in CZ republic in June/July next year. So depressing to think we have most likely spent 15,000 on nothing.

It's so expensive isn't it @Gensola. My doctor told me the State of Berlin help with the costs of a second cycle if the first fails. I was really excited thinking it'd give me peace of mind, so I looked it up and they cover €800 of the costs. No wonder the birth rate in Germany and the UK is something ridiculous like 1.5 births per woman.

When do you test? I'm torn between testing tonight at 9dp5dt or maybe tomorrow, or maybe ignoring it completely and seeing if my period comes

@cyclegirl20 I am currently 8dp5dt and was thinking of testing on Friday morning at 10dp5dt as I have a dinner planned with friends that night so if I got a negative I'd allow myself to wallow in a couple of glasses of wine, as it's very unlikely to change between day 10 and day 11 - my official test day is day 11 on Saturday.

@Gensola that sounds sensible. I'm semi looking forward to a glass of wine if it's a BFN. Obvs, would rather have a bfp.

The symptoms are really weird aren't they. They do come and go. There's nothing obvious for me like feeling sick. I kept getting really dizzy yesterday, especially when I was hungry. But then that could be the progesterone plus worrying about whether I'm pregnant all of the time. I do have slightly sore boobs but not massively. The seem to hurt more when I'm lying in bed which is quite a long time after I take my progesterone in the morning. I don't know how long one 90mg suppository lasts in your system. I'm surprised I've not started spotting as AF was due yesterday, but then maybe 90mg is enough to fend it off.

I "feel" not pregnant though. I think my symptoms are stress or progesterone related

@IVFGotThis05 I find it really odd that clinics differ so much. Not only was my otd not until 13dp5dt, if on that day you test negative but aren't bleeding yet, they make you stay on the progesterone and retest in a few days. What did the clinic say?
@CycleGirl20 I still don't feel sick yet, so I don't think that means anything! Dry mouth, funny taste in it now. But that came after otd.

@ExhaustedPigeon1988 good luck with your next appointment hopefully they stick to the time they have said, it's so hard with ivf appointments isn't it with them being last minute and possibly always changing. If it helps I did my acupuncture the day before and the lady said that would be just as good as I was same as you I didn't get told till last minute when my appointment was and didn't want to end up with no being able to have acupuncture at all x

I'm keeping my fingers tightly crossed for you and sending baby dust 🤞I think we all tell ourselves that it's not worked because we don't feel anything or we torture ourselves with trying to spot every last thing that we feel symptoms then question is it progesterone but I'm praying you both get the result you want xx

@paintfairy I've tried to look back but can't see there's so many posts 🙈 what stage are you at of your treatment?

I'm 13dp5dt had 2 embryos transferred, caved and transferred 7dp5dt and got a BFP! I had a chemical last fet so am petrified I'm testing everyday 🙈 my lines are still looking strong I think
How are you feeling? Any symptoms? What is your clinic protocol? Do you have to test again at some point or is next stage scan?

@Infertilitywarrior I get an early scan at 8 weeks, which is booked for 14th Dec. They did say in the paperwork you can try testing again at 3-5 days after OTD. Which I have today and got a 3+ on a digital CB. No massive symptoms really- i had been struggling with trapped wind and constipation from EC! But I seem to have a dry mouth now and a funny taste in it.

@paintfairy my clinic have asked me to test again a week after OTD which will be Sunday. I did a digital test today and got 2-3 so am happy as never got that last time due to chemical
I keep getting headaches but that could be for a number of reasons couldn't it medication, stress, pregnancy and omg the bloating is unreal! I thought the dry mouth thing was just me I've never drunk so much water 🤣🤣🤣
The things we have to go through ay 🤣 but will all hopefully be worth it in the end

@Infertilitywarrior I'm 18dp5dt and got the 3+. I've been lucky with the headaches! I got them on buserelin and stims but not since. And I do sometimes get migraines. I've started taking a low level of fybogel and that's really helping. The last 2 days have been so much better. Before that I thought I was going to pop!

@paintfairy yes I got them on buseralin too then they stopped for a while now back again 😭
Ooh yea fybogel is a good shout walking around like a balloon is not the way to go 🤣

@makeithappen2022 any idea how long you eat pineapple for? I've made sure to have the core bit since transfer but I read online that implantation is complete after five days so do you still continue?

@paintfairy hope you are well, also giving me hope with the lack of symptoms. I felt life AF was coming yesterday and nearly drove myself to a breakdown. Did you carry on with acupuncture? I've been having it weekly since September so wasn't sure if I should carry on.. Obvs won't if its negative.

I don't think I'll be able to hack not testing for much longer although I don't want to see a bfn the anxiety of not knowing is setting me over the edge.

@Hufflepuff1 I read earlier that period like pain can be a good symptom. I've had no fixed symptoms. Yesterday I nearly fainted because I was a little hungry then today I have a little back ache.
