@Vparisi you shouldn't get a period as technically you are pregnant, getting a period will be a bad sign. Keep them positive vibes going xx

From my understanding the pessaries are the ones to prevent period

Hey @Sarah2328 I am feeling ok thank you. I still have no symptoms but I didn't have much during the stims so hopefully is just my body reacting well to this kind of stuff

Btw I find the pessaries very unpleasant. It's like having a discharge all the time. Do you ladies have any tips on how to improve the experience?
I was considering rectum but I am not sure if as efficient as vaginal.

@HereToLearnAndShare your lucky you didn't have any symptoms on stims too,

In regards to the pressies they are unpleasant, but I can say over time it does get better and the amount reduces, I just wear panty liners now.

How's the 2 weeks wait going, seems like ages do you not think xx

Thanks @heretolearnandshare , I am hating pessaries as well. I feel like I stick them so far in but there is just so much stuff coming out all the time, it is super gross! I actually am v embarrassed to say I have been testing already. I just couldn't help myself and DP was really mad. I read there are people who get faint lines at 7dp3dt and so when I got a BFN this morning I then spiralled and freaked out that it is over even though I know it is too early. No self control seriously.. do you think you will last til this weekend? Hope you're feeling ok! xx

@Sarah2328 how are you feeling?? I am ok, just cramping every day still and honestly having a hard time getting through the 13 days....just feels so long and not sure I am dealing with it in the healthiest way...

@Vparisi hey, I know the pressies really are unpleasant and I think everyone is the same with the discharge etc.

Don't look into the BFN to much, as you say it's still early to be testing, you have the cramping and I had that, I still have all my fingers and toes crossed for you.

I struggled with the 10 days I had to wait snd I tested one day early. I found trying to keep my mind of things were going to work, I do 10 hour shifts and just speaking with my partner about how I was feeling, he was very supportive.

Ah @Vparisi don't stress about this test, I think it's too early to test. I remember someone in here was testing early with cheap tests and they had false negative. I know it's stressful either way but I would rather wait and have an accururrate result than get a false positive/negative

I am feeling well thanks. Apart from some mild headaches, I have no other symptoms, but I try to stay positive and not stressing too much about that fact 😊

When you had your first scan at 7 weeks was it internal? X

My 7 week scan at Guys was internal but I will warn you my pictures were awful, like really really bad quality. had a private scan a few days before my Guys one & that was an external scan so must be cus it's medical rather than retail!

Mine is at guys too soo guess it will be internal, thanks for the heads up with the quality of the photos. I'm hoping if all is good Thursday I'm going to book a private scan for 9 weeks and hopefully will get some better scans then xx

@jusstjaee @Sarah2328 thank you ladies! Little one is all good in there, measuring 4 days ahead currently but they haven't changed my due date as the IVF dates are more accurate. They also said he was a very active baby for 8.25am but when you've been up since 5.30 worrying it's no wonder he's active, thinks it's lunchtime the poor thing😂😂

Thank you, I'm very nervous, just want them to say everything is going well. Today has been the real first day I have really felt sick.

@Sarah2328 that's completely understandable that you're nervous. I'm sure everything will be fine but just try & keep yourself busy today

@Etonmess20 I start work at 3pm, don't finish until 1am so for sure I will be busy 🙈 going to go on the bike in the gym for half hour before I start work.

I will let you lovely ladies know how I get on tomorrow, it's a late scan not until 4.30pm

Hey , sorry I haven’t really posted here yet but had implantation last Thursday , testing day is Monday …

I foolishly and against my better judgement did a preg test today which was negative, fully aware too soon really (plus it was an old expired test which is why I convinced myself I may as well waste it!) but as anyone gone on to have a positive test post d6 negative just to reassure me?

@Etonmess20 ah that's great news💞 an active little baby 👶 was this the last scan with Guys for you? Did you choose a hospital for the next 6 months yet?

@Sarah2328 good luck to you tomorrow 😘 is this scan on the 7th week after transfer or 7weeks pregnancy (as per the calculators)?

Hi @canoechick I am sure there was such case in the group, but I can't remember which lady was. She tested with some cheap tests before testing date and had false negative. Try to stay positive, there is a reason they ask us to the test on a certain day. I assume anything earlier doesn't count.
I am 6dp 4dt today and my test day is Sun ☺ do you have any symptoms?

That’s interesting that your test day is Sunday .. were you implanted on Thursday too?? Making sure I’m not counting wrong somehow!

@HereToLearnAndShare we only had the one scan with guys at around 7 weeks pregnant but this was our dating scan at our hospital where I'll be receiving maternity care. Ironically I've chosen the hospital I was originally referred to before Guys where I had my clomid cycles & HyCoSy
