Clomid / wait game

Started a new thread
All welcome
So basically today is my last day of clomid my first and only round!
So taking ovulating sticks , I'm cycle day 10
Wondered if anyone is in similar boat and want to keep each other company along the way!!!

Just thinking of things that I can control... being that I can’t control much else!

@lastbany well, not sure how much science there is behind it. Just a lot of anecdotal information to be honest. Although o drank pomegranate juice this month and my lining was 10mm and anything over 7 is ideal. I was worried clomid would thin it (as that’s a side effect) but I’m attributing the strong lining to the Pom juice.

So I’m staying on that thread and hoping there’s some other juice I can drink haha 😂

I’m still have ovulation type cramps though even on 2DPO, not sure why!

Did a preg test and a ovulation test haha both negative 😂😂

@lastbany pregnancy test may take a few days to show up if it’s implantation so maybe test again in 2/3days time

Got my progesterone level back 82.5 so at least know I definitely ovulated just whether we caught right time.. hope ye are all doing well... it’s waiting now

@Luna1108 thank you. Yeah one more week... going be longest week. Don’t want test till day of AF or next day... cause always tested before early.
How are you getting on?

@Shelleybe ah man I’m already losing it and I’m only 3DPO! I’m not testing until next weekend and that seems so far away.

I’m hoping that we’ll be first time lucky but I’m trying to be very cautiously optimistic.

@Luna1108 aw I really hope ye are. You and your hubby are brill back and forth with all the appointments. Everything crossed for ye. I haven’t a clue what way my head is at although was delighted to hear high progesterone as that’s only monitoring. I keep trying read into it but I know it just confirms ovulation

I thought the higher the better (when TTC that is)

@lastbany how are you getting on? I think we chatted on the other thread and were both taking days 5-9. I think I am 4 DPO, it's going to be a long wait!!!

Is everyone in the TWW now? I want actual pregnancy test pics if/when you all get your BFPs!

I'm ringing my fertility clinic tomorrow to get a move on with IVF. I have started my second month of clomid but no longer hopeful on it

@chloedancer897 yes I think we are! I’m the furthest behind behind I think... not sure. Only 3DPO. Don’t know I’m going to make it another 10 days!

Well fingers crossed that you can send us a BFP pic too, every month is a chance 😊

@chloedancer897 I’ve one more week to wait. I’ve no symptoms just feel bloated. I got my progesterone back and it was 82.5 so know I ovulated. I’ve spoken with my partner too. We are going to do three rounds and organise IVF so don’t delay any further. I don’t feel like it’s worked this round don’t know why... but just have this feeling. Maybe that’s weird but like it won’t happen that quick after so long of trying

@Shelleybe that's a great progesterone! I am hopeful for you all. I know what you mean though. I had a miscarriage last May and it was the first positive test I had seen in 2 1/2 years so it feels like a pipe dream that I'll have another one. How long have you been trying?

@Luna1108 the TWW is awful. It's the worst part! At least at the start you feel like you're doing something!

@lastbany you must be close to testing now, ? When is AF due? Did you and DH make up?x

@chloedancer897 we are well over a year.. January last year. We have bought and spent a fortune on digital ovulation, apps, vitamins his and hers... so it’s hard to feel like it is going to happen and then taking the tests thinking hmmm maybe I feel something and get BFN. My partner is like let’s wait till AF. Aww I hope this month for you. Are you getting progesterone checked again this month. I was glad to see increase with clomid as previous month I was 35.8. Are you started next round of clomid

Hi hoping I can join.

This is my first cycle on Clomid. I'm on day 5 of taking it (last pill today) and I'm feeling so low and tired - literally like a zombie.

Is anyone else feeling the same way?

@Happinesscomesfromwithin welcome! What dosage are you on? 50mg made me tired, gave me ovary pain and hot flashes galore. 25mg wasn't as bad, just hot flashes and pain during ovulation.
