Yea they printed one for me lol but my anxiety went through the roof! Gunna put them in the car when I get home so they’re always there lol x

Called them this morning and they've said I'll need to be seen Wednesday for bloods and a scan but that would make it day 4 though 🤷‍♀️ will speak to them tomorrow at our usual appointment and see what they say but I'll prepare myself for the worst incase they decide to do it tomorrow while we are there 🤣

They only do bloods Monday Wednesday and Friday, if you didn’t start full flow till after lunch then today will count as day 1... that’s what they’d said to me anyway! Lol x

Rang them back to double check Wednesday was the correct date with it being day 4 and apparently they don't start counting until I stop bleeding? I haven't a clue as I've never taken Provera before but apparently you're not supposed to start bleeding on Provera and I have so Wednesday is to check what's actually going on 🤷‍♀️

@Nattx at least they are monitoring it to keep you on track.

With starting buserelin on Thursday has anyone had any weird side effects. Not had it before so should be interesting xxx

Yeah definitely, will probably know more tomorrow at our appointment. I've never had any ivf medication, my treatment was supposed to start around the same time as lock down so was cancelled. Are you not in the IVF Support UK page on FB? If you are search the group for the medication name and it will bring up whatever has been posted about it. I search everything about side effects with my anxiety, something I need to stop doing because someone could experience every single one but you might not x

We were cancelled then as well. Just days away from starting injections!! Rather deja vu at the moment. No I'm not but will definitely have a look. Thanks for the advice. Didn't even think about looking on there! I do normally try to stay away from side effects unless I start getting anything to then check what it's from.

Another question has anyone had their flu jab? I'm presuming it's fine to have. Might have to google xxx

I had my flu jab last Tuesday, and I didn’t have any side effects when I was on buserelin before... but they can cause menopausal symptoms! I’ve came into work and just been in a right foul mood... almost crying for no reason lol... blaming the Menopur x

I checked with my Consultant who said it's fine to have the flu jab (not on this thread but just FYI!) 😊

Mw what meds are you taking? On my form before lockdown they sent it says cetrotide, not sure what else but I'm also short protocol too x

They changed my protocol last minute, they’ve put me on Menopur and I’ll start fyremadel injections aswell on Thursday I think x

I’m on short, bloods came back they’re keeping me on 5 amps and We both start antibiotics tomorrow night x

So had our appointment today, got a full treatment calender and egg collection is w/c 23rd October. Got bloods taken today and I'm due back tomorrow for a scan, injection teaching and to pick my meds up. According to the calender sheet I start Menopur tomorrow between 6-8pm if scan comes back all ok 😳 all happening so quickly! X

I'm there at 10:20 so you'll be long gone by one set of bloods and scans will fall on a Monday so I'm going to have to go on the morning for bloods and back again in the afternoon for scan 🙄 I asked if he could be there tomorrow for teaching and they basically said to leave him at home and just show him videos on YouTube of how to inject, abit weird but it is what it is but I'm sure we'll figure it out between us. I'm on the exact same meds as you though Mw, how are you feeling?
@Hoping1 there was no mention any treatment being cancelled the only thing we had to sign was that if you end up with covid during treatment it may be cancelled but it won't go down as a failed cycle as I asked this which is good! X

That really reassuring to hear feel better now. Can I also ask ladies as bit confused so I am in on the 20th thought that was to show is how to injected have to take other half and start day of period which is that right or do you not injected on period ladies xxxxxx

That could possibly the same as my appointment today as they have new consent forms to sign due to covid and your partner needs to be there to sign too. Have you already signed consent form? Ours today was the new covid one, consent of storage and a pre operation assessment form ready for egg collection. Tomorrow will be day 4 of my period and I'm expecting to start menopur tomorrow if bloods off today and scan tomorrow is all good. X
