Made a new thread because idk if it's the same for use but on the app I have to scroll millions of pages before getting to the most recent comment on the other one with having so many replies? 🤷‍♀️

I rang this morning and left a message. No call back. Tried calling a couple of times this afternoon and finally got through but said they were in the middle of something and they'd ring me back in 10 mins. Over 30 mins later and still nothing so called again and they said they were really busy but would call back as soon as they can. Still waiting!!! Sad Hopefully hear something soon xx

It's very good news we are all sorted for dates. Just hope we don't end up with another lockdown. I'm 37 xx

What area are you from? We are in a local lockdown at the minute and it hasn't affected the local hospitals or anything so hopefully it stays that way x

@Nattx we are in Redcar so currently not too bad restrictions wise. Just with the way the numbers are increasing it may change. I really just need to be more positive lol xx

I’m 31 and from hartlepool ☺️ Looks like I’ll b in some kind of lockdown soon too but I work in Middlesbrough college so will still be working x

I think it's more confirmed cases that is rising rather than hospital admissions. I'm sure I've seen it's younger people that are causing the spike in numbers and most of them don't need hospital treatment but god knows the news changes all the time x

Yup just done my first one! Went really well... got asked covid questions about symptoms etc and I asked her... all she said really is they haven’t heard anything about anything stopping but it obviously depends on wether they get pulled to different areas if things get bad, but in for a scan tomorrow to check my follicles just to make sure I’m on the right protocol and have my treatment plan in place x

So I’ve been changed to short protocol! I have never done any research or taken much notice because they’ve always had me on long... have to ring when my period comes hopefully by next Friday, and if not phone them Friday anyway as they don’t do drop in bloods anymore you need an appointment x

@Mw050389 That's good news then for you. I haven't looked much at the short protocol either so can't help much there. Does that mean they have changed your egg collection week or has it stayed the same? I had to book my bloods as well last week. Probably best in these times!! Xx

It’s moved everything forward a week, so as long as I come on by next Thursday morning I’ll start menopur next Friday ... if it’s a bit later but before Sunday lunch time I’ll start the Monday the 12th! Eek! I had 9 follicles on my scan today, It’s my first round so not even sure what that means wether i should be worried it’s low or what! X

@Mw050389 thats brill that you start so soon and bought farward for you. I am short protocol too my first cycle. I was going to be long but when they scan me I had over 50 folices so was move to short and put on metformin xxx
