@Naylor19 Oh my god!!!! Congratulations doll! This is wonderful news. I know it's very early days but you must feel so relieved that your efforts have finally worked for you ☺️ You will be in my thoughts in the coming weeks and I'll be sending over lots of positive vibes. How fab it would be, all of us going into 2021 with little bubbas inside us 😁😁 As @ChicaXS says, spotting is so normal for many women, I hope it doesn't make you too anxious (which, of course, is easier said than done!). Do you get a 7 week check up, to listed to the heartbeat etc?
Covid-wise I seem to be on the mend. I've still got some muck on my chest and breathing is a little trickier than usual, but the nausea, exhaustion, aching muscles and sore throat seem to be going! I honestly wouldn't wish this on anyone, it's been so debilitating!
Are you able to at least celebrate Christmas in some way or another in Leicestershire? I get so confused with all these different tiers now!xx
@ChicaXS Please don't apologise for having a bit of a rant, I assure you I've done more than that these last few weeks 😂 I remember the first trimester sickness well. It hit me at bang on 7 weeks when we were in Cornwall and it spoiled the holiday quite a bit because I didn't feel up to doing anything! We were back at the guesthouse by 7pm every day because I was constantly exhausted! I really hope it passes for you, mine went around week 14 so I'm afraid you might have a little while to go yet 🙈 But of all goes well it'll be totally worth it!! When is your next appointment/check up, or do you have to wait until the nhs one at 12 weeks now?
We're hoping to unofficially move in next weekend. The removals guys aren't due until the 9th Jan, but we've got a mattress so we'll just set that up on the floor for a week 😂 I've already given my clinically vulnerable mother Covid, I don't want to risk passing anything else on to her once we've all recovered!
I don't think any of us are feeling particularly festive at the moment, roll on 2021!xx
