For anyone who is taking clomid for whatever fertility reason.

My ovia has changed yet again! Cause I put in that my CM is like watery - it's now saying my fertility score is 10 and my fertile window was from last Thursday until this Tuesday. Make your mind up 😅 if that's correct I should get my peak opk tomorrow.

How do you change your luteal phase on ovia? X

I don't know how on Ovia I just count from ovulation day to when I come on x

I tried another one of those internet cheapie OPKs yesterday and it was even fainter than the first time! Definitely no more of them this month for me.

@Chichz oh that's not what you need ! CB digi is the way forward. Expensive though x

Oh how frustrating @Chichz I definitely agree with the CB, I don't have the super digi one but it's still much clearer, I paid £25 I think xx

I may invest, depending on what happens at the end of this cycle I.e. do I get a period that indicates it may have worked.

It might be useful for IVF anyway!

And hmmmm, dtd, yes more or less... around 3 times a week, though we need to keep reminding each other! Oh dear. X

@carleygh We have just had the letter through for our consultation, which will be early Jan I'm hoping they don't need to redo too many of the tests!

Did I remember correctly that you're moving on to a new treatment soon? X

Are you on anything now? I thought I remember you saying Clomid but I can't be sure 🙈 maybe I'm not entirely sure until my review next Monday. I've just done 6 rounds of Clomid so we will see @Chichz x

Does anyone else get ovary pain? Last couple of days it feels like my right ovary's been aching, not sure it's felt like this before. Was hurting a bit while dtd too. Hopefully just means something is happening in there! 🤞

@Beth804 I had bad ovary pain on the first month of Clomid around the time of ovulation it even hurt to bend down! And I had a strong ovulation that month so hopefully same for you x

@CharlotteCx fingers crossed! Was it leading up to ovulation or during? I'm just thinking, even if I got a solid smiley tomorrow(, that would probs mean ovulating on Tuesday. So the pin now seems weird?!

@carleygh Yes, I'm taking Clomid in the meantime - round 2 of 4! Don't think it's doing much though.

I had the pain for about a week! It started on the Tuesday night I actually had to go to bed early because I had such bad lower back pain. And then the next day through to the following Monday (the Monday was ovulation day) I had such bad ovary pain, it felt like they were burning. And yeah when I was at work couldn't even bend over with out it hurting! So was before and during. Last month wasn't bad at all, this month Iv had more niggly pain though. When are you due to ovulate?

Also, I read on the preseed box that your meant to insert it 10-15 mins before sex - does anyone know why this is? we just dtd but inserted it about half an hour ago.

Ovary pains are good I remember reading it ca happen on the side the egg will result a good two weeks before your period is due...

@CharlotteCx I think it's just so the moisture settles and soaks in to any dry areas, I remember reading that on their website x

@carleygh ah okay! fair enough. Hoping this preseed helps, not that I'm dry down there when in fertile window anyway but just hoping it helps the little swimmers on their way lol x

How bizarre! When do you usually ovulate? I ovulate day 12 but my cycle is only 26/27 days @CharlotteCx x

The first month I ovulated CD14 & 2nd month was CD15! X

@CharlotteCx & @carleygh just to flag that my luteal phase changes every month so worth checking if yours does too. Most people with regular cycles always have the same luteal phase, but my cycle changes in length every month (anywhere from 23-28 days) and it's the luteal phase in mine that differs. Yours is probably fine!
