5 eggs retrieved - panicking

Hi everyone - this is our 4th donor egg IVF cycle and the clinic called earlier to say that 5 eggs have been retrieved. I'm devastated because I know what a numbers game this is - we've previously had 12+ eggs and watched that number drop drastically over the following days, so I'm terrified that we won't have any embryos to transfer and the latest cycle of drugs and anxiety has all been for nothing, not even a chance of a BFP.

I'm so upset . . . any success stories out there with 5 or fewer eggs? Thank you x

Hows it going OP? My sister had both of my nephews with Ivf. She had a an awful time but has very healthy robust boys age 7 and 11 now. Youngest was result of a frozen embryo. Wishing you the best of luck and congratulations on your bfp xxxx

Hi everyone - thank you so much for the warm wishes, it means a lot.

I'm hoping that I can post another photo after 5pm-ish so I'll post this morning's photo then . . . and let's face it, I will probably have POAS again by then anyway 😁

I did a digital, with my heart completely in my mouth because I know they're less sensitive than FRERs. But look!

Today, I am most definitely pregnant!
