Hi everyone, just had my first down regulation injection this morning with a scan booked for next Thursday. This will be the transfer of my remaining embryo. I had a little boy last year via ICSI so I know I've been very lucky already.

Anyone else starting now?

Just had my update from the clinic - still got all 3 but one of them is a bit behind compared to the other 2 (although still dividing so there is a chance it could catch up). ET scheduled for Saturday!

@Westywoo that’s great news! Will you do a 1 embryo transfer or 2?

@Amyk18 thanks! They said as it's my first cycle they usually transfer 1 (I would do 2 given the chance!). Having said that I have a very small septum so I wonder if that would add further risk to transferring 2?

@Wesstywoo good news! My clinic only transfers one. Well, I've only got one anyway! Roll on Saturday!

@Wesstywoo good news! They called me now and I have 10 developing but they said that some can die until Saturday!I will have mine at 11 am,what about you?xx

Good news @Guio 10 is a good number! My transfer is at 12.30 on Saturday

Mine is at 12.45 local time. So around 10.45 UK time.

I can't avoid to be excited but feet in the ground as it is still a long wait!🤔

EC done, it was fine although I was nervous but everyone at the clinic is so lovely. I got 8 eggs so fingers crossed a good few fertilize. I get a call tomorrow with an update.

Had a phone call today, they said 17 fertilised and my ET planned on monday. Now again have to ask at work for couple hours off

My transfer is on Saturday and I only work during the week. I've taken all other days as annual leave because I didn't want to tell work about IVF. In fact the only person who knows is DH! And you guys

@Wesstywoo I regret telling many people tbh.Very brave of you to keep it in secret.My friend at work who knows about everything wants to text me on Saturday to see how the et went but I told her better no...my family is not supportive at all and they sent me pics today from the newborn of my cousin, so insensitive honestly...@Beetroot01 that is an amazing number!

@guio it's so difficult unless you have been through it people don't get it. My brother is having a baby and people seem to forget I might find it difficult! Seems like everyone gets bloody pregnant around u sometimes! Xx

@Wesstywoo same! No ones knows about us either, I've kept it a complete secret. It's been hard at work. I think my assistant thinks I'm a lazy arse coming in late all the time and always half asleep. I'm missing Christmas parties and people will probably think I'm pregnant. Somehow need to sneak out on Tuesday for transfer (if I get that far).

So, I caved this morning at 8dpt and got bfn. Trying not to be too downhearted (esp as it'a my birthday tomorrow) and my OTD isn't until Monday so hopefully not out of the running yet!

@StoneMe hopefully it's too early. Best wait until Monday to test again.

@stoneme, try not to worry, I have been reading so much about this. So many people on forums have done the test early and it was negative but positive on the day it was due! When did u have your transfer? Xx
