November/December IVF/ICSI/FET

Hi everyone, just had my first down regulation injection this morning with a scan booked for next Thursday. This will be the transfer of my remaining embryo. I had a little boy last year via ICSI so I know I've been very lucky already.

Anyone else starting now?

@Stoneme wait until Monday to test.
I do have a question - is the clinic call you on your embrio update or you call to clinic to find out what is happening?

@Beetroot01 , my clinic calls me with the daily update.

I still haven't heard anything from the clinic about if any fertilised, I'm going mad. Luckily I'm at home frantically cleaning the flat as a distraction, it's not working and I've checked my phone a million times.

I got the call... 6 fertilised. I'm pleased with that, I think.

Hello they don't call me daily,last time was yesterday but my transfer will be tomorrow and I will find out what is going before that, I guess.This is so bloody stressful.I don't have many plans for the 2 ww so not sure how I am going to deal!

Thank you lovely ladies! Got another picture of it and it's divided in 8.3. Tomorrow will have another update in the morning and ET is lunch time! Good luck for all of us tomorrow! And coming 2ww! Acupuncture is booked on Monday and reflexology on Wednesday bloody needed it!

Hi everyone. Please may I join in although I had IUI rather than IVF. In my area we can only have one IVF funded and I was and am not ready for that to fail and me sent on my way so I thought we could try IUI first. How is everyone doing?

Just got my last update and the little trooper is still developing/dividing nicely. What a relief! ET in a couple of hours! Surreal!

I am nervous to hear whether the embryos are still ok and also worried because I usually have short cycles (can be as short as 22 days). Tomorrow will be day 22 and I've had cramping throughout the night so I'm hoping the pessaries can hold AF off long enough for implantation

Good luck with transfers today. I must say I'm finding the waiting the hardest bit so far. We won't have an update today but will find out tomorrow morning if it will be a 3day transfer on Sunday, I'm really hoping they can make it to day 5. Fingers crossed for everyone.

@Wesstywoo I didn't know that the period could come earlier!my cycles are short as well.I am not inflated anymore and my breasts are not big either.I hope the pessaries are working.

@Guio I am not sure whether it can - I will ask them today! The leaflet does say cramping can be a side effect so I hope it is that

@wesstywoo the cramping can be still from EC or even just all the progesterone. It's so hard to tell what is what cause there are so many different twinges and cramps that u feel after EC especially with some many hormones going on.

I have just had to phone my clinc, I am so bloated, they have told me its ohss, its so uncomfortable, when I had the ET they said I was at risk but I just wanted to go ahead any way. Xx

Sorry to hear you have OHSS Josie789. I’m sure your clinic are keeping an eye on you but watch your symptoms as it can get worse very quickly. Go to hospital if you need to. Hope you feel better soon.
