You know sweetie, I completely understand you want to get on with things, but I believe this time will be about preparing for it Smile. Whatever you want to do, going out, gym, running, Yoga, Cinema, Theatre, eating good food an d drinking good wine, Acupuncture, Reflexology, Meditation, whatever makes you smile. If you do that I promise you, you will feel strong Smile. Minster! That’s being pregnant for you. Maybe you just syncing in with your friend and sharing the feeling ) you pregnant and you being sick. It will go away soon, I am sure it will. Enjoy your happy news, think you have made everyone’s week ❤️

Star I am just about to start my nails 😅 meeting friend after 4. I think I need some of your meds, bcoz I am feeling cold ⛄️

Starlumiere · 21/11/2017 12:03

ALiona Yes you are correct Minster has made our week Smile. You are doing your own nails? OMG I am so rubbish at these things! You are a lady of many talent my dear Wink. Yes you can have some of my meds if you wish, I can guarantee you won't be cold honey pie! Wink. I have been wearing skirts since last Thursday and believe I am tad bloated, but no discomfort. Enjoy your time with your friend sweetie!

Aliona19 · 21/11/2017 12:06

Starlumiere Lol I don’t even remember when I wore skirts. Each time I go out-I look at my boots and then go “nope” put trainers on and puffy jacket 😂 always freezing, can never feel my hands and feet. dodgy broken Russian 😂

Starlumiere · 21/11/2017 12:11

How on earth can you be cold in the UK when you are Russian? Honestly in the winter I can do Moscow easily but St Pete - I am like OMG ! It is almost like my trousers are walking on their own! That's freezing!!!

Do you like Ginger? If you do ginger tea or just a bit of ginger would warm you up sweetie Smile

Hardygirl78 · 21/11/2017 12:16

Just popping in very quickly to say a massive congratulations to Minster, such wonderful news after all that you've been through. I may have shed a little tear of happiness on your behalf, x

Aliona19 · 21/11/2017 12:21

Lol Star u answered your own question))) Moscow can get really cold and your greens turn into snowflakes but u still feel ok. St Pet is similar to London, wind, wet, just goes through your bones..I never used to be like this, after thyroid surgery things went crazy and I am always cold.

Hardy 👋🏼👋🏼 Hope you doing well xx

otters2017 · 21/11/2017 12:33

minster want to say a huge congrats!!!! StarStarStar🎉🎉🎉 SO happy to hear your news and hope you feel better soon!

We had our ‘viability scan’ today and saw a good heartbeat.* Everything measuring as it should be so fingers crossed it continues to grow and develop as it should.*

Hope everyone else is doing ok 👋🏻

otters2017 · 21/11/2017 12:33

dinksandbinks · 21/11/2017 12:44

Yaaaaaaayyyyyy!!!!! Minster that’s amazing!!!!! And throwing up & shivering and hideous headaches has been my experience of pregnancy so far so looks like you’re getting to experience the fun bits 😆😆!!! I’m so so excited for you!!

I was just sat in. meeting room with no signal and was getting really irate with my phone lol. So glad it finished now I’ve read your wonderful news!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

WhatWot · 21/11/2017 12:46

Congrats minster! Cake very happy for you!

Minster2012 · 21/11/2017 13:09

Honestly thank you so much everyone, u have been so amazing & fun to keep me sane!!

I’ll catch up when I feel a little better (seeing doctor this aft) but yes lots of tears were shed, we just hope it sticks obviously, but also it’s testament to say you only need ONE!! We only had 2 embryos & couldn’t believe we now have one more in the freezer...here’s hoping we don’t need it yet.

My friend has gone to get more dioralyte....she’s the best, DH had to go to a meeting grinning from ear to ear!! We have many “hidden pictures on my phone”
OMG!!!!!

Off for a snooze, Love to you all, 💕😍😁

WhatWot · 21/11/2017 13:10

hi dBear, are you planning an FET soon? We are now researching for clinics in the north for our next try. I dont know how much it will cost with drugs, ICSI, etc. We always had to do ICSI so far because it ts the male factor. If anyone has recommendations I'd really appreciate it. Thanks Smile

RoseWrites · 21/11/2017 13:59

Minster I really hope you feel better soon! You guys must be absolutely over the moon. As everyone has said, you have made our days (weeks!) too! :)

Otters so glad things are progressing well for you :) At what stage do you have the viability scan? is it 6 weeks?

Dbear it's great to hear that you have got a plan :) And book yourself a holiday - you deserve it!

Whatwot I'm not sure if you are planning on a fresh or frozen cycle? I get muddled about what the F actually stands for! We were like you and have had ICSI. I also had the "scratch" beforehand as part of a clinical trial. As it looks like our cycle has worked (fingers crossed that's confirmed on Thursday at OTD!), I will definitely have a scratch in future. Let me know if you have any questions :)

Thanks everyone for asking how I am. I feel SO much better today. I haven't cried yet which is a massive improvement on yesterday!! i am going to see the doctor in 45 minutes. I'm really hoping that I'm over the worst of it as the pain has subsided loads, however my stomach is still massive and it now hurts to breathe in... I shall report back on what the diagnosis is!

I'm still smiling about Minster's news!

WhatWot · 21/11/2017 14:17

Hi Rose, I missed the clinical trial for the scratch, I didnt know until our cycle had started. We will definitely do it next time.

Haha I thought F was fresh! No we have no frozen at all unfoetunately so we have to start again.

RoseWrites · 21/11/2017 14:53

what I get really confused about whether the f stands for fresh or frozen... I'm sure the more informed women on here will know!
Are you changing clinics?
And the scratch is totally fine, like longer version of a smear test, but with gas and air to make it a bit more fun!
Our clinic does them if you pay, I think it's about £100. X

Minster2012 · 21/11/2017 15:03

Awwww 💫I deserve it no more than anyone else lovelies.

FET is frozen embryo transfer, our clinic...wait for it, this will blow aliona’s mind.... is in Hull. We live East Yorkshire and they are fab, getting us in exactly when we wanted, testing progesterone the day before transfer, (though I’ve since found out a clinic down south needs it to be a lot higher) giving extra shots of progesterone “just in case, just to help it get a good grip if it can”

Very good, I don’t know prices as we were NHS but can find out?
