Starting first injections of Buserelin, anyone else?

Did my first needle tonight was so nervous was about to inject myself when I dropped the needle, had to get it ready again, then I just paused when I had to inject myself hovering the needle over my stomach, I couldn't mentally do it, it was like being in a dream where you cant run any faster, I held my breath and did it, I didnt feel a thing, not even when I pushed the liquid in. Will keep posting how it all goes, would love to hear from other people..

I had three put back in..because I'm 40..the other two they will let me know today how they are ..I tock a photo of them on the screen ...:)..

Hi Hyland, I can wait...my test day is March 16th ...thinking of waiting a day and doing it on The 17th on St Patrick's day..I'm Irish..

If you do test early how soon can you test after egg transfer?

wispin I tested at 8dp5dt, but had tested out the trigger earlier that week. How are you feeling? Xx

I've had a mild like period pain up until my period was due yesterday...then all day yesterday felt nothing and then tonight felt some mild achey muscle type pain

I felt really periody after my ET. It's impossible to know whether it's the progesterone, a period brewing, or anything else, everything plays tricks with your mind!!

I'm very tempted to try tomorrow...I think I will...my test date is Wednesday...

Ahh I didn't do it ,, husband and sister convinced me to wait till Wednesday..I have little twinge pains every so often...

Thanks Bananafish81 and Hyland...this is so annoying..there's a guy in my office that smokes..by 11am this morning he had been out for 3 smokes already and when he comes back to his desk he wafts of cigarette smoke...I hate smoke with a vengeance..I'm so annoyed I have to Sprey perfume when he comes back...for someone who doesn't smoke why should I have to put with that In the office...maybe I'm overreacting..but either he's gonna have to move desks or I am...grhhhhh.

10w scan this morning showed our baby has gone. Missed miscarriage Saw a beautiful heartbeat at 7+1 and 8+5 but baby measured 9+3 so it died mid/late last week. Utterly heartbroken.

Oh Im so sorry Bananafish81, my heart breaks for you. You will be in my prayers..... when they told me at 7 and a half weeks that there was nothing there, i fainted in the hospital I was in so much shock and disbelief.There are no words that I can say that will ease the pain, but know that we are here for you. xxxxx

Wispin I am just the same with people smoking and then having to sit next to them. I think perhaps I have no tolerance because I have never smoked.

It is pleasant having to sit next to the stench!

Fortunately my boss likes to move us about like school kids.

I personally have never knowingly been pregnant and miscarried.

However my sister had a miscarriage just before her wedding day. She spent most of her honey moon in bed in tears.

People said some really silly things to her, that are just bizarre!

People think either they're helping or trying to get you to see the bright side. When in truth perhaps all you can do is grieve.

For you the whole Ivf process and then seeing your little baby on the scan I'm sure just makes it all the more unjust.

I'm right with you on that and I'm here if you want to rant or whatever.

Test came up negative...I was feeling ok till yesterday afternoon ..I noticed some light brown spotting then it went ........ 😰😰😰

Ahhh..I'm in continuous pain ...have to keep taking paracetamol .....the bleeding started on test day.....and my stomach is bloated like a balloon

I wrote a bit of an epic post on the 'mindnumbing boredom of infertility' thread about the clusterfuck of my ERPC day, needless to say it was done very quickly for which I'm thankful

I'm only now starting to bleed and cramp, which tbh I'm glad is finally happening, because physically I didn't feel any different between when I was pregnant with a live baby inside me, pregnant with a dead baby inside me, and then not pregnant at all

At least now I'm bleeding I feel like my body is starting to properly un-pregnant itself

My boobs still look pregnant and I'm not taking any tests for a while but will see how long it takes for me to get a BFN and for the preggo hormones to be fully out of my system. I'll probably start testing with some cheapies in a week or so.

Hi bananafish81 and Hyland, hope your both okay, saw your other posts...I've just had a conversation with the nurse..she spoke to my doctor and he said he would like to try a short prontocal this time...has any one tried that yet...they said I start taking menipur just after my period starts instead of about 10 days in...just looking up online what it means.....it sounds like it all happens a lot quicker.....?
