Update from me: I'm on clomid cycle 2, 50ng day 2-6. Currently day 18. Last month my day 21 bloods were 39.1 which was up from 21 without clomid....

Feeling quite positive, but think that is only as I am mid cycle!!

I'm not being monitored either... Just get a prescription then they leave u to it! Only had day 21 bloods for the 1st month and nothing from now on. I always feel ovulation cramps. It's my nipples that are sore not my actual breasts. It's all so frustrating x x

I have had quite bad heartburn the last 3 days, had it all day aswell so far, which I've not had any other cycle, I very rarely get it, maybe another side effect of Clomid?. I'm due af on the 30th, so will see :). My boobs are slightly tender, woke up at 2.30am on cd20 with heavy feeling and cramping in my lower stomache for about 2hrs. But nothing really since. How is everyone else?.x

Hi mazzie. I'm on cd20 and I'm also having heartburn and sicky feelings this month which I never usually get.... I wondered if it was a side effect too. Nipples r ever so sore too but I do get that when I'm due on aswel as cramps and spots. It's all trial and error lol x x

Can I say hi? I'm on day 19 of second cycle of clomid, one follicle been produced each time, due a blood test on Wednesday to see if I ovulated....I think? First month I had terrible headaches, felt really ick, heartburn etc but this month haven't really had anything, except feeling full and bloated.

Hope it's a good month or people - love to hear the positive stories!!!

I got my blood test results today and they have tripled instead of doubling! They are now thinkin that I could have multiples which is why I have been havin loads of pain! Well I will find out in 2 weeks time when I have another scan.
How is everyone else doin?

Sarah that sounds really positive! Why can't they scan sooner though? Did they say anything else then?

Hi bouncingbelle. R u making the most of ur treatment so far? It's horrid not knowing what's round the corner init. We're both in our 2ww then so fingers crossed. My sicky feeling has gone off now but I feel like af is on its way x x

Today is not a good day. Its only day 20 but I'm already convinced this cycle hasn't worked :( I'm actually scared of the disappointment next week - how does everyone else cope? I feel pathetic not being able to deal with it after only 2 cycles (tho 5 years of TTC) somehow the disappointment just seems worse on clomid (tho maybe its the hormones!) Just v v down :(

Hi sammy - my partner works away so we don't get to make the most of all the fertile days - tho we did manage to give it a go on days 12, 13 and 14 this month :) I,ve had accupuncture this monthas well. When are you due to test??! :)

Hi sammy they can't unless its an emergency eg I start bleeding. But least I don't have to wait till I'm 12 weeks. Nah they didn't say anythin else just iv gotta wait lol

Bouncing it is so difficult isn't it! Before I went on clomid I had irregular cycles so I never knew what was going on when really and whilst that was frustrating it helped with the patience of not knowing when I'm in 2ww. Since being on clomid I feel like I'm living in one week blocks. I guess I just try not to get too expectant but it is hard. Af due a week on Friday so early 2ww at the mo!

Hi bouncing. I'm due my period on the 31st and I already have the signs of it coming... Spots, sore boobs, and cramps. I feel exactly how u do... I don't seem to be able to think positive and dread the 2ww. That's why I like these threads when u hear the success stories its reassuring and holds out some hope. My hubby and I have been trying for 4 years and have unexplained infertility. Chin up and carry on lol x

Well I got the results of my day 21 test today - 36.7 which means I ovulated! I'm pleased but it seems like others have much much higher results on clomid - has anyone had a BFp from a progesterone result like this?

That's good bouncing, I'm afraid I can't help in the figures as I've never had a blood test but I'm sure someone could help on here!

I'm 8dpo and so desperate to poas! I'm really not feeling very positive but soooo want my bfp!

hi everyone I'm new to mumsnet. I have been reading your post and I am also on clomid. I have had 6 rounds of clomid and has not work but still hoping.
I seem to have low ovarian , so now I'm on the list to have ovarian drilling and to see if my fallopian tube are block. Has anyone had this?

Well that's me had a bit of spotting so looks like round 2 has failed. Got visitors arriving shortly so guess I need to go plaster on a smile and pretend my hearts not breaking

Bouncing could it be implantation? When I got my bfp last year I had some spotting and so assumed it was af, it still hadn't appeared four days later so tested and got bfp so it may not be over for you yet x

Same here when I got my bfp this month I had spotting later the same afternoon. Supposedly it is very common for people on clomid to have implantation bleeding.

I'm on CD25 and have had a small amount of like Brown discharge today but nothing when I wipe.... Af not due til weds/Thursday though but I got period cramps. I hope clomid hasn't altered my cycle. Has anyone else had this problem? X

Also I tested this morning and got a bfn so I know af is defo on its way. Here's hoping cycle 3 will bring a bfp. Af expected weds/Thursday.

I'm still getting the v v light brown spotting when I wipe, but this happened a few days before my period on my last clomid cycle as well. I'm charting my temperature and it dropped to 36.1 today, so looks like af will be tomorrow for me
