Update from me: I'm on clomid cycle 2, 50ng day 2-6. Currently day 18. Last month my day 21 bloods were 39.1 which was up from 21 without clomid....

Feeling quite positive, but think that is only as I am mid cycle!!

Charlie lovely to see you still posting here! How are you feeling?

I'm CD26 and starting spotting last week. 2 neg tests so I don't think this month's for me :( I spoke to my GP and as she's given me 3 months of 50 with no joy, next step is a lap&dye - has anyone had this? I told her that I'm not convinced I've ovulated this month, so I've had 2 blood tests on CD22 and CD25 to check prog levels. IF I didn't ov I go to 100mg. I'm really hoping I didn't, I'm scared of the lap & dye :( Find out on Thursday.

Feeling down today. Feel so annoyed that you're told for years that "there's no safe time" and how you have to be really careful because it's so easy to get pregnant...and it's not that easy at all!!!

Pip! Hope you're well. This is my fourth clomid cycle - third one on 100mg. Yep re progesterone - had great response on first round on 100mg - prog was at 85! Then last month, nothing - it was at 3. :(
Can't sleep as anxious about the scan in the morning. Grrr! Where are you at right now Pip?

Maybemyrtle! It's not over till af shows! I have everything crossed for you. Lap & dye not so bad btw. Bit weird, but over quickly.

Ladies, I got a faint line this morning! I posted pics because I don't really believe it and more . There's no way I'm getting any work done this morning, ha.

Testing again tomorrow with a posh clearblue digital one.

Wanted to share with you because I've been whinging and negative about everything - so finally a happy post from me!!

pip : hey yeah releived but still a bit anxious just want the next 6 week to fly by so i can get scanned and then i feel ok and maybe relax! ha! i dont know what "normal" but my consultant said anything over 30 means it occurred but ive read lots of different opinions on it really some drs have said less and some more so i would go with if it was over 30 your in witha good chance :)

Charlie - it's great having you here! I don't want either of you to go as its inspiring to be in contact with people who have been through what I have and have gone on to get pregnant! You're proof that clomid works and an incredible support.

Went for second scan today and the one follie on my right ovary has grown from 9mm on Monday to 13mm today - CD11. Not sure if that's good but it feels positive and I have to go back on Friday for another scan. Hoping it'll miraculously get to 18mm so they give me the trigger shot before the weekend. :)

Thanks so much!! I couldn't be more excited - I had really given up thinking it would ever happen :) Have just done a digital one and the word "pregnant" made me cry/hyperventilate a little bit all over again.

Charlie how are you feeling? Any sickness yet?

Feather, hope your scan goes ok on Friday, those measurements sound positive to me too :) Fingers firmly crossed!

Cd6 for me so last tablet today and then keeping fingers crossed! It would have been my due date of I hadn't mc so it would be great to get some good news this month! Your scan sounds positive feather so fingers crossed for you,

Well, had my scan this morning and that follie grew to 18mm! They gave me the injection so we'll be getting busy this weekend! ;) thanks everyone for the crossed fingers and well wishes. Have to go in next Friday to make sure I O'd. Here's hoping!! Have a lovely weekend in the sunshine!

Omg there is sooo much positivity on here. Congrats to you aswel maybe that's brilliant! I on CD3 of my second cycle now and still not had my blood results back so I'm hoping they didn't wante to increase my dose! Did Any of u ask to have your scans cuz I've not been offered anything like that. No bloods or anything now til December! Baby dust to all x

Sammy - I didn't need to ask to be monitored but I definitely think you should as there is a chance with clomid, that your ovaries can over stimulate and that could be dangerous. If I were you, I'd call the clinic and ask to be monitored. It's just bad practice if they don't. You may have to be quite pushy with them! xx

Hi feather. I've tried ringing gynae today but I've gotta wait until Tuesday for them to ring me back. My GP gave me my day21 results which was 43 on 50mg.... Is that good or bad as they won't tell me because they didn't start me on the treatment. It's all confusing. X x x

Sammy, 43 sounds like you ovulated! I'm no expert, but pretty sure that's the case! Really do push for ultrasounds when you talk to the gynae on Tuesday. Maybe even mention if you're having any twinging pains etc - basically, give them a reason to feel like that HAVE to scan you. In the meantime, chill and enjoy the sun!

I'm convinced this is a lucky thread - so many BFPs in quite a short space of time! Hopefully the rest of us will be next! Planning on treating myself to a lovely glass of tonight! xx

I'm in the 2ww due on Saturday according to fertility friend. Even having clomid hasn't settled my cycles anythin from 28-37 days!! This is my last round so I'm hopin it works but not holding out much as the last 5 didn't.
How is everyone? Hope your all ok x

I'm now on day 20, going for bloods tomorrow. I know it's weird isn't it that just a few days in you can get down, but kind of know this is ridiculous.

Sarah - you never know! Hope this is your month!

Pip - I'm CD18 - got the hcg trigger last Friday, so ovulated over the weekend. Used opks and got positives right through till Monday. Going for bloods this Friday, which will be CD20. Nervous! Do you get your blood results fast-ish? Last two months I've called in the afternoon and they miraculously had them.

Did anyone hav OV pain? I had one follicle and didn't seem to have any pains this month - the odd twinge but nothing major.

Hope you're all well! We CAN do this! Just want 10 days to hurry up and pass!!

Good morning ladies :). Feather, I haven't used opk's this cycle, but was thinking of getting some today. Pip, I'm on 100mg, first time. I woke up early hours this morning with a bad cramp, only for a few mins and ok now but ouch it hurt. Hopefully it was my egg popping :). hi everyone, just a quick check-in because I've ordered myself not to obsess this month.

I'm on my second month of Clomid, 100mg and today is CD21.

The first month (on 50mg) extended my cycle from 27 to 30 days so if I go by that AF is due around 20th July 2013.

I'm not being monitored - my GP has prescribed the Clomid - but I definitely felt ov pains around CD 15/16. I've had extreme bloating and lots of wind again, really uncomfortable but it seems to have passed today!

I'm hoping a more relaxed approach, plenty of sunshine and a few glasses of wine will help this month.

Sorry for not posting sooner - I felt a bit off topic... Everything going ok here, although trying not to get too excited yet, such early days.

Glad you're all doing well. I know this won't help with the symptom spotting but I can honestly say that I knew something was different at about 5 dpo. Oh and those cheap internet super-sensitive preg tests are rubbish! I was still getting negs with them but a positive with an asda one, boots one and clearblue one (yes I triple checked!!).

Hi can I join you?
We have a just turned year old ds who was conceived with clomid. Did one month on 50mg then 2nd month I had 100mg and got pregnant-seeing that line appear after a nearly 2 year wait was amazing.
We now want to have a second I have been off the pill a couple of months now and I think this month I am going to take Clomid as I have 3 cycles of 100mg in the cupboard so tempted to just go for it as really don't want to have to pay to go to specialist again. Feeling nervous as not quite sure I am ready to join the emotional roller coaster of ttc again, I found it so hard last time but we really want another baby.
