Update from me: I'm on clomid cycle 2, 50ng day 2-6. Currently day 18. Last month my day 21 bloods were 39.1 which was up from 21 without clomid....

Feeling quite positive, but think that is only as I am mid cycle!!

Morning! Just been for my blood test - results on Monday apparently. Not holding out much hope this month, although trying to stay positive! Another week, another three pregnancy announcements, including my sister in law! Happy for them all, but I seem to be the only one in my group of friends/family having this much trouble getting preg!

Pip - hope your blood test went well! When do you get your results?

Mazzie - did you get any opk's in the end?

Trying - relaxed approach sounds very wise. Going to try and take a leaf out of you book but finding it hard.

Flor - of course you can join us! Not sure how to advise you as I'm a bit of a chicken when it comes to self-medicating. Always the risk of OHSS. Maybe talk to your gp and see if they'll keep an eye on you if you do decide to?

Maybe - good to hear all going well! Exciting!

Welcome Florin :). I didn't manage to get to town to buy any opk's yesterday. I have been going by my cp but still a beginner on that 1 :). Last night I kept getting like little shooting pain down low in my left side, same today also, I have not had this before, so I don't know?. I will be going for my cd21 blood test next Friday the 19th so I'm hoping to Ov today or maybe I've already Ov'd? :). I really should've got some opk's lol. This 100mg is surely affecting me more than the 50mg. All the best ladies and lots of baby dust :). X

Got my results already from day 21, this time they are 50.1 so they keep getting higher. I was hoping they'd be higher being on 100mg, but lady on phone seemed to think they were high!!
Happy weekend to everyone... All try to relax in the sun... Zita west told me vitamin d very important to getting pregnant so enjoy!!!xxx

Hi this is day 10 of my second cycle of clomid. First cycle, I had terrible headaches during the days I was taking the tablets, then bloating and nausea for the rest of the month. Day 12 showed one big follicle, but no BFp. This month, I,ve had no symptoms at all so far and worried this means the tablets haven,t worked! I,ve been going for accupuncture this month and have a day 12 scan on Monday so I guess I,ll find out then. Keeping fingers crossed! X

I have made the most of the sunshine this weekend, hopefully it'll do the trick!

2nd month for me too bouncing I was advised to take my clomid at night to reduce side effects and so far, apart from horrendous bloating it's been ok.

Today is CD25. I have had quite sore sensitive nipples but its hopefully because the clomid has boosted my progesterone . Usual cycle is 27-28 days, but last month was 30 so I'm hoping its time for another BFP on Saturday.

We can but hope!

Hi all,
Just got my results for my 21 day prog test. I ovulated! 35.5, I think she said, not as high as before (85!) but I'm happy that clomid did its job this month. Nurse said to test in a week. Of course, I was impatient and did a hpt and got a bfn, but I'm aware it's too early. No symptoms except for - basal temp is between 36.3-36.9 for the last five days, weird pregnancy dreams and waking up at 5.30am every morning (I usually sleep through my 7.30 alarm)

So excited! I got a 2 lines this yesty.. yahoo! After 3 n half years of trying after mc @ 7mths and only 2 cycles of clomid.. We/ I'm so stoked. Hard to process ;) this page definitely is good luck. yay! reading all your posts kept me positive. I was getting huge results from my bloods so glad a got my positive otherwise we were going down the ' tubes ' road. Good luck to everyone. The nervous wait begins.. I thought 2ww was bad

Congrats lets!

I had scan last week inly one 14mm follicle plus a big cyst as well as thin uterus lining so a really successful visit :(

I'm on cd19 now and think I have positive today although I did a digi one today and that wasn't so hopefully that'll show positive tmrw, I was given progyniva for lining so not sure if that's confused the digi one.

Lets hope that bfps continue :)

Congrats let's. iv got an early scan on Friday as iv been havin loads of pains. Hope it's nothin. Will be happy to see it on the screen aswell instead of just a pos test. Hope everyone is ok and lots of baby dust to you all

I'm CD23-24 now. Not sure what's going on. This 2ww draaaags! Got very tender lower belly feeling as well as bloating. Weird dreams and waking up super early. Don't want to get my hopes up though!

Well I went for my scan yesterday and they can't be sure that everythin is ok :-( I had to have blood test and another one tomorrow to see how it's progressing as its that early on the can't see anythin. Luckily I will know Monday.

It's been quiet on here past couple of days. How is everyone? Any news?

Aah Sarah I know it's hard but try not to worry too much. These professionals never seem to know anything these days do they. I'm on cd19 of my 2nd cycle of clomid..... The dreaded 2ww but I know af is coming as boobs are super sore already and my monthly spots have arrived lol. Hope ur ok.

How's every1 else doing? Anyone in the 2ww?

Yeh I know they are useless lol. Was ment to go for a bloo test again today but got stuck in traffic jam on motor way for 35mins. So they had to change it to tomorrow at my hospital which is better for me anyway just have to wait till tues for results. Aw sorry to hear that sammy but your no out till af arrives. I had nothing different to normal when I had my bfp other than a but of spottin on the day a was due.

Aar bless u, at least u should know more when you get your results. It just seems like the specialists are always on a go slow! Did u have sore boobs and stuff at this stage then? I've felt really poorly on clomid and I can't see my gynae till the end of next month! He wants me to stop taking it in the meantime but I don't want to lose out cuz I've ovulated quite well on it. How many cycles did it take u for your bfp? Fingers crossed all is well for u and bump x x

Yeh I had sore boobs (mainly nipples tho) it took me 6 cycles- caught on my last round but I dnt think I ovulated every cycle as I wasn't monitored at all and can normally tell when I ov. Thank you and good luck with ttc :-)
