clomid success?

Hi, im on my second month of 50g clomid hoping it works this time, i have been trying to become pregnant for 2 years now i already have a 3 year old daughter and they are not sure why im struggling to become pregnant again. I would love to hear some good news about clomid i dont think i can take anymore negative tests :( The hospital have only given me 3 months of 50g and said if it does not work they wont give me anymore! so i dont no what they do next. i havent really had many side effects from it just headaches. If anyone can let me know there experience that would be great thanks

I was 2 days late and did one just to rule it out ! Couldn't believe my eyes . . . Still don't feel pregnant but surely 3 tests can't be wrong ? X x x

That's brilliant, it can't be wrong? 3 test must be 100% surely :)
What round was this for you hun? I'm still in the awful waiting period!!!!! Arghhhhhh hate it :(

wow adelle! thats fantastic news. i smilled because i read ur first message saying we are on the same cycle and bam u get bfp... super happy for u.

fingerscrossed.. keep busy create projects to keep u busy. i cleaned my patio and organised my house. kept so busy that it didnt give me time to thibk about it.

i am still waiting for af.. but my back has that ache u get before af. my the period pains on clomid seem so much more painfull... maybe i just dont know what normal is lol.

kerry, im on my 3rd month of clomid af should be here soon.. my cycle the 1st month was 24 days, 2nd month it was 34 days 3rd month with out clmid it was 36 days and this month (3rd round of clomid) im at 30 days and 16 days after ovulation.

lets see when af arrives one preg test said neg 2 days ago.

Hey fingers crossed I was on my second round of 100. 50 did not work for me! I honestly had no idea this month so hopefully this could be your month too ? I just found out today so don't really know what to do! I rang doctors and then said put a urine sample in so I will do that in the morning. The waiting period is awful but I just carried on as normal - drank on a hen do because really didn't think I was'! I have everything crossed for you!

Hi kw87 I honestly thought I was gunna come on! So you never know! If you are 16 days past ovulation. Then you could be! Try again in a couple of days if no af.

thx adelle but just got af. it wasnt my month im disapointed but going to try again. what days did u take the clomid i did 3-9.

Hi kw87 I took chlomid days 2 to 6. Not sure why hospitals differ ?
Yes Kerry you did but I think you just try not to get your hopes up! It's still quite early in your cycle maybe this unusual pain could be a sign ? Let us know how you get on!

im having an off day this will be my 4th try and im worried this wont happen for us.

I think everyone has off days I started chlomid back in march! 50g didn't work and had to wait 11 weeks for next period - I was really down then! My doctor said its s good thing your ovulating some people don't on chlomid x x x

I'm having a bit of an off day too. Got a feeling ive missed it because of that darn sickness bug!
Havnt got the pains today, so hoping I caught it in time yesterday.
Is it true that keeping ure legs up after sex gives it a better chance of working?

hey everyone. haveyou ladies noticed weight gain with clomid? my bras dont fit and i have gained a dress size. so frustrating since im eating healthy and work out 1-2 times a week. the weight is still creeping up.

Hi everyone, i have found all your posts really helpful and supportive! i have started 50mg clomid today...praying it works! been trying for 5 years on and off and have PCOS its really frustrating and every few weeks inbetween scans and consultations really drags!
I thought this would be a good support and reading your stories makes me feel less alone in this! xx

Everyone is soooo nice and its lovely to speak to people who know excatly how you feel as quite often the people closest to us , such as friends wouldn't understand x

Sorry can I just ask I have my day 21 blood test 2moro morning , I'm preying me levels are higher than last time 2.5! How long does it take to get the results back ? Xxx

It should only take a day or so for the results. Mine is on the 14th. I'm hoping I didn't miss it this month because of the sickness bug :-(
Daft question here guys......will it make a difference if we do it twice a day? Will there be more chance of getting pregnant or does it not really make a difference?xxx
