delilah I'm glad you finally got the monitoring, and it's rubbish that the big follicle is on the tube-less side, but good that it's growing nonetheless right? FC for your FSH levels.

Well it's all done very impressed didn't take to long when I came round they gave me tea/coffee crisps and a sandwich I ate the crisps and then threw up they made me have a wee and then they took the cannula out which was good as those things hurt then I got dressed and came home. The other three women although they came round before me I left first went and saw the embryologist who said I had 9 good eggs removed and DHs sperm is looking good so they will let us know tomorrow if they fertilised fingers crossed but now I'm home chilling on the sofa where I intend to stay the rest of the day

I finally managed to get through to the fertility clinic after returning my questionnaire about 2 weeks ago, I don't have an appointment date yet but the receptionist said she thought it'd probably be October.

So, not much to do now but relax and be patient.

here im afraid only one of the nine fertilised

Got this months blood tests back - FSH was 7, so within normal ranges, Estrogen 138, also normal. So that's good. Also got an unexpected bill from my GP, despite him confirming they would pay for the initial tests - grrr. I am going to get DH to deal with it/pay for it, as it's all too stressful for me

Yesterday was ovulation pain from hell - loads of one sided pain/cramps. Do any of you get mid-cycle pain?

Into ARGC tomorrow for another blood test, still part of the pre-cycle monitoring (did I say I paid nearly 1k for tests and scans at the start of this week?) IVF is an expensive business... Hopefully I will be cycling next month though.

Delilah good news on the FSH levels. Afraid no ovulation pain over here as I don't actually ovulate...I have read about it elsewhere though.

I used to get ov pains when I was younger delilah - once they were so bad in my right side I was hospitalised for suspected appendicitis, these days I'm still waiting for AF to show at all!

Did another OPK today and didn't even get two lines so not sure if I caught the tail end of my LH surge on the last few tests or not! Most likely my body playing tricks on me as usual but I'm a tad

Well embryo transfer done a good quality 3 cell embie the embryologist said so fingers crossed now x

Tests are ARGC confirmed ovulation - I now just have to wait for my immune tests back before starting treatment.

Am not feeling happy though - I'm out tonight for a friend's birthday, and the ex-friend who made the acupuncture jibe (she's done other stuff too) has assumed she's getting a lift with me.
There's space in the car and no way to turn her down without looking like a bitch, but I really don't want to even see her again - I just want to politely cut her out of my life!

Not going to happen though, guess I'll have to be the bigger person.

The huts been quiet this weekend, hope everyone's ok? I'm alright just taking it easy chilling with hubby

On reduced hours this week although don't know what that will achieve but it'll be nice to have some time off hehe

Yea he has another job but not started yet as its at the atomic weapons establishment so he has to wait for his medical and security clearance... Tick tock

Things ok here really bin on reduced hours while I wait to find out nurse said I could go back to work but if it doesn't work I want to know that it was because of the embryo/implant and not because I was stressed/overworking did something I shouldn't that's my logic anyway

hello ladies, i am a lurker on your thread, no fertility issues myself but i feel so much for you and wanted you to know i am sending you all the best of luck.

i donated eggs recently myself for a couple undergoing ivf, annonymously tho obviously the child if there is one will have the right to contact me at 18 if htey wish. it seemed such a small thing for me to do as i have been so lucky with my brood, to give someone else the chance of a family :)

i have seen friends go through the heartache of infertility and trying ivf etc and i feel for you all so much, so good luck to you and lots of baby dust*** xxx
