I htink he has a counter case in against gmc at the moment.
whether it comes ot anyhting is another thing.
I believe it was mentioned several times about the wrong EC clearance being part of the charge at the original trial...
the book is definitely worth a read.
as LEonie says, he cross references and backs everything up with references constantly. Obviously I have not chased up each of these, but he would bea fool to reference stuff that is not verifiable, iyswim.
he reproducesemails and letters, showing he disclosed re: legal aid board, and that he informed everyone of this, several times.
I think it will coe down to the same old arguments though. thse of us who think what he said was interestig and worth further investigation, are willing ot believe what he lays out as the truth (pretty hard not to believe it, tbh)
those who think he is a monster, experimenting on children, drunk on power, and only out to cause mayhem and havoc will doubtless continue thinking "no smoke without fire" and "but the gmc found him guilty", regardless of what he says to counter the charges.
