He's expecetd at work today and he's phone is not working. He's in the centre of London

sw- I think we're bloody lucky there weren't more casualties (presumably they're still counting...). I think this is pretty similar to Madrid; simultaneous attacks at different sites- and all the f*ing police are up here twiddling their thumbs at Prestwick airport and fending off plane spotters.
