OMG. I missed all this - have been watching a DVD with ds2. My brother just rang to say not to panic, he's OK, and I didn't know what he was talking about. He was evacuated off one of the tube trains. Feel sick. My thoughts are with all you Londoners - keep safe.

Enid · 07/07/2005 11:30

where are you getting all this info from? is there a good internet site?

marthamoo · 07/07/2005 11:30

RTKM is right - db says no mobiles are working so don't panic if you can't get in touch with oved ones via mobiles.

HappyHuggy · 07/07/2005 11:31

I'm in the City, near Moorgate/Livepool Street. My heart's pounding. Still lots of people not arrived yet. We've been told to stay in our building.

Also I think you have to remember that after one explosion police vigilance is raised so there will be knock-on precautionary station closures, with any suspect packages etc exploded under controlled circumstances.

Horrific about the buses - I always considered them safer than the Tube.

puddle · 07/07/2005 11:32

emergency services are getting priority on mobile networks which is why they are not working.
So try not to worry yet, those who can't get hold of loved ones.

Nbg · 07/07/2005 11:32

The Met Police Chief has said all Londoners to stay where you are.
