Just to respond to

"You were at just as much risk of being quoted by a journalist before"

I really don't understand that - please explain how the odd one off is exactly the same risk as a weekly column that will definitely be quoting an MN thread?

There were risks both times but they are not the same - surely that's obvious?

i have lots more to add,and avidly seek to participate.love this philosophical debate about when the supposed anonymous became personal

private space/public words on a screen reproducible. VV interesting

Aitchiswaitingforalegalopinion · 16/08/2009 00:10

no idea what you're talking about, sm. it's that time of night.

scottishmummy · 16/08/2009 00:16

that time of night for you?
not me
i remain lucid

KingCanuteIAmAndTheDMCanFOff · 16/08/2009 00:17

eeh, how can discussion about reproducing words be philosophical?

Odd.

Mumcentreplus · 16/08/2009 00:20

lucid my arse ..(knows sm has whisky drip)

scottishmummy · 16/08/2009 00:25

if you can do refrain from drunk jock stereotypes

it is an inane way to try detract from content

so do try harder to demur without need to rely upon gags

KingCanuteIAmAndTheDMCanFOff · 16/08/2009 00:30

What? you call yourself lucid?

Odd. Again.

Mumcentreplus · 16/08/2009 00:38

I love gags..tis (sometimes) funny and stops bitches in their tracks..lol..

skybright · 16/08/2009 00:38

I reconise that word SM, only really used in the world of MH.

scottishmummy · 16/08/2009 00:40

how can a discussion about words be philosophical?

Doh?dunno just some dumb asses knocking themselves out. hell all this stuff words hell words and all their trouble. Foucault et al the human condition, and other discussion about words

without stating the obvious people pour over words for content and significance on internet and in print

however of you fail to see the significance of words and their impact, well that says a lot about you

so spelling it out - why do you think folk are cross? all this introspection about words?
there is a consternatiom words reproduced without permission

skybright · 16/08/2009 00:41

Recognise, even.

KingCanuteIAmAndTheDMCanFOff · 16/08/2009 00:41

SM, take your meds please, you are getting worse.

scottishmummy · 16/08/2009 00:44

is that it?an inane put down?unable to engage meaningfully so allude to petty put down?

says a lot about you

KingCanuteIAmAndTheDMCanFOff · 16/08/2009 00:48

Lol, no your waffling says a lot about you. It gets worse and worse the longer you are allowed to ramble on.

Inane put down is because you haven't given me anything worth putting any effort into responding to.

Mumcentreplus · 16/08/2009 00:49

Sm and Kingy sitting in a tree...

scottishmummy · 16/08/2009 00:53

nowt except "take your meds please, you are getting worse".

is that a stereotypical mentalist,oh loon take the tablets or a reminder i take my beta blockers?

insinuation is i am mentally incompetent and you suggest prescribed medication help

mmmmmmmmmm, when posters don't concur do you assume mental incapacity?and suggest PRN

or are you clutching at straws to make a weak point

KingCanuteIAmAndTheDMCanFOff · 16/08/2009 00:54

What point? WTF are you talking about?

scottishmummy · 16/08/2009 00:55

oh dear have you omitted to follow the plot?
that figures

never mind

scottishmummy · 16/08/2009 00:57

before any more side splitting jock stereotypes or medication queries

i bid you - goodnight

KingCanuteIAmAndTheDMCanFOff · 16/08/2009 00:59

OMG, tell you what I think I will take the meds, what have you got? Anything that will numb the pain will do.

KingCanuteIAmAndTheDMCanFOff · 16/08/2009 00:59

Damn, you got in first!

Mumcentreplus · 16/08/2009 01:00

KingCanuteIAmAndTheDMCanFOff · 16/08/2009 01:03

Mumcentreplus · 16/08/2009 01:13

It's love Kingy..affects the mind..very confusing ...cut her some slack

KingCanuteIAmAndTheDMCanFOff · 16/08/2009 01:15
