I wouldn't put off children personally but it depends how important that is to her. If it's majorly important then if I was her then I'd try for a baby because nobody knows how easy or not it's going to be for them to get pregnant.

risky strategy IMO.
I'm on 12 months and counting TTC so you never know what's going to happen. Also, if you're uber fit like that you can actually damage your body (in terms of concieving anyway).
