I thought it was interesting but then I'm always in the minority on features. Tanya Gold used to be an alcoholic and is driven by demons. The men were all wrong because she was all wrong. And I thought the way she described the sort of rubbish relationships you have when you are off your face on booze was very convincing. So depressing in a way but she's not in the least Ms Average.

Oh God. As I read this I just thought WHY? Firstly, it feels like this subject has been done to death. Secondly, it seems you have to have had a certain "colour" to your sexual experiences in order to get published - this was not insightful stuff about relationships - it was a tease of a piece - blowjobs at 14, tick, threesomes, tick, sympathy shags with odd looking types, tick relationships with married fathers of new infants, tick. Snore zzzzzzzz

And yes, the alcoholism. The only thing that surprised me about this piece was that it didn't seem to be a plug for a forthcoming book (I hope!)
