i really hope she takes time and learns to enjoy music again. she'll hopefully come back as a kick ass country singer.

Beauregard · 04/01/2008 21:28

more here

Phatmouse · 04/01/2008 21:31

Poor girl, she must feel so lonley.

notnowbernard · 04/01/2008 21:32

She is beyond 'time out', IMO.

She needs professional treatment.

ATM I think her kids are better placed with their Father than her (she clearly has no control over her own life, she is not in a position to meet their needs).

There are ongoing court proceedings with regard to the family. Am sure they are having to assess KF's abilities to parent as much as her's - this is a custody case, after all.

I'm not saying he is man of the year or anything (only need to look at his own history to draw a conclusion on that one) but he has been deemed an appropriate carer for his children.

southeastastra · 04/01/2008 21:54

what she needs is time alone, alway from prying eyes.

she doesn't need to work again she is worth £££.

i really can't get the media reaction to her. people must have boring lives to buy the stuff.

'she' just needs time alone, she's earned it.

expatinscotland · 04/01/2008 21:55

she's so messed up!

i hope she gets some help before it's too late.

SueBaroo · 04/01/2008 21:58

Everyone knows what she needs.

Unfortunately, there are too many greedy bastards with their fingers in the pie who have no intention of letting her drop off the radar and get the help she needs.

K-Fed, record company, and all the cretins selling copy off the back of her.

notnowbernard · 04/01/2008 21:59

She does need time alone, definitely. But she will need treatment/therapy to help her to realise why she led the life she has done, why she has had the relationship with the media that she has

Elizabetth · 04/01/2008 22:01

I hope she gets her little boys back soon and out of the hands of the grasping, abusive Federline.

notnowbernard · 04/01/2008 22:04

Elizabetth - she really needs to get well before her kids are given back to her. She is not in a position to care for them atm

Janos · 04/01/2008 22:10

I agree she is not in a fit condition to be looking after her kids but she desperately needs some help.

I think she must be suffering from some sort of PND.

And I agree KFed is pondscum.

binklegoestoLondon · 04/01/2008 22:11

the poor poor girl, I feel for her that her life started out so promisingly and is turning into such a fiasco. Too much too young etc

southeastastra · 04/01/2008 22:31

her life has been planned out by her parents though. maybe she always secretly wanted to be a vet.

lucykate · 04/01/2008 22:34

i fear she is destined to live fast and die young

southeastastra · 04/01/2008 22:38

no only men do that lucykate - hopefully britney will become the 'new' dolly.

binklegoestoLondon · 04/01/2008 22:40

i'm sure her parents thought they were doing a good thing, indulging her interest in performing but it has backfired horribly. I dont blame them per se but they have as much a part in this as the leeches around her.

I truly dont know how she can live normally and peacefully after all this

southeastastra · 04/01/2008 22:42

sure she can. i think britney's built of stern stuff

bossybritches · 04/01/2008 23:13

Poor lass she is mentally unstable. She needs tough love type help & I fear no-one will give it to her.

Those poor kids.

lucykate · 05/01/2008 11:49

what is going on with her relationship with her parents, are they not able to help her?

i would hope if she was my dd, i'd be able to step in and support her through something like this

joedar · 05/01/2008 14:17

Its through her parents wrong guidance that she is in this position, so they can not help her, but only make things worse IMO, she needs somebody who has no influence or ties to her to help her help herself.

ruty · 05/01/2008 16:06

yes Elizabeth I wonder if anyone has tested Federline for drugs and alcohol? The misogyny in the media is working its magic once more.

SSSandy2 · 05/01/2008 16:10

haven't read the whole thread but yes I wonder with all the money she has can this not somehow be sorted? She can afford excellent nannies and all the medical help she needs surely. And I also think what is her mum up to and can't she help her get back on track?

Feel very sorry for her. My impression of Federline is that he's a creep FWIW

jenk1 · 05/01/2008 16:16

i dont think her parents are well equipped to help her out, they dont seem to have been around much while she has been struggling, they seem more focused on jamie lynns pregnancy now.
And her mum was about to bring a book out about having famous daughters.
her mum was no where to be seen at the hospital the other night, federline went which i dont know if it is a good thing or not, apparantly her dad went.

i feel so sorry for her, she needs proper professional help now and to stay away from the media, it can be done lots of celebrities stay away from the media, i really really hope she gets the help she needs.

Elizabetth · 05/01/2008 16:16

It's amazing that Federline lived exactly the same lifestyle as Britney did, Ruty - partying, drink and drugs and womanising too boot (Britney's sex life must be perfect or that would have been all over the papers too) plus abandoning children he already had, yet somehow he's seen as fit to be taking care of these two boys.

You can just tell that they'll be handed over to the nearest spare female as soon as they are at his house, in the manner of abusive men worldwide who use their kids to hurt their exes.

VictorianSqualor · 05/01/2008 16:35

TBH, I think that her money has made her problems harder to deal with, when I suffered from PNd I would have gone as crackers as her if I had been able to leave my children with the nanny and go off partying with my head in the sand.
As it was I couldn't.
