Haven't read the article but on BBC they are saying that there is a photo of a Royal Aide in a 'sexual act' with a member of the Royal Family. It's just like someone sleeping with their secretary or similar. Not sure about the drugs tho.

Agree that it is unlikely to be one of the 'major' Royals as the amount is too small. Could be someone like Peter Phillips or Beatrice.

Dont agree with thetheory "the amount being to small it cant be a major royal" - this may well have been a request for first payment, so a starting figure of £50k then they always come back for more - don't they. Blk mailers aren't really honest and likely to hand over the photo negs on a first payment.

Who ever it is what a shame to be blackmailed and I bet there has been some big bust ups at the palace over this one - see who lies low for a while or is in the spot light all of a sudden
